| The liberal education determines the future of the nation.In today’s era,the liberal education has become an important foundation for social development,and today,as the liberal education has gradually become a common understanding,the Physical Education and health curriculum has been paid more and more attention by the field of physical education and the relevant departments of schools,the whole teaching environment of Physical Education and health curriculum can directly or indirectly affect the teaching of physical education and health curriculum.With the continuous development of society and the deepening reform of school physical education and health curriculum in China,the teaching environment of Physical Education and health curriculum has become a hot research topic,by optimizing the teaching environment of Physical Education and health curriculum in Jishou,the teaching quality of Physical Education and health curriculum and the theoretical system of physical education and health curriculum can be improved.This study adopts the methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking seven school districts of five middle schools in Jishou as the research object,based on the investigation and analysis of physical and psychological environment of physical and health curriculum in middle schools in Jishou,China,this paper analyzes the relationship between physical environment and psychological environment of physical education and health curriculum in middle schools in Jishou,China,through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with relevant officials,teachers and students,and managers of sports facilities,and came to the following conclusions:Physical Environment: Some secondary schools are built on low mountains,and the topography restricts the normal construction of sports venues;the facilities are not perfect,and sports facilities in rural secondary schools are deficient,which can not meet the needs of sports teachers and students;there are more days of precipitation in Jishou,in some secondary schools without sports centres,the teaching of physical education and health courses is susceptible to the influence of natural environment such as weather.The number of classes in some secondary schools exceeds the normal number of students,while the number of classes carrying out physical education and health courses is relatively large,the site is restricted.Psychological Environment: The construction of Physical Education teachers in some middle schools lags behind,the full-time physical education teachers are insufficient,and the teaching tasks of individual Physical Education Teachers are heavy;the teaching management system of physical education and health courses in schools is not perfect and the implementation system is not strict;there is a lack of interaction between teachers and students,teachers failed to play a leading role,the role of students is not obvious,physical education and health curriculum teaching atmosphere is not ideal.In this paper,some countermeasures are put forward to optimize the physical environment of Physical Education and health curriculum in middle schools in Jishou Jishou: actively promote the construction and maintenance of sports venues and facilities in middle schools in Jishou;In the light of the weather conditions,we should reasonably arrange the teaching contents of Physical Education and health courses,reasonably arrange the class size of physical education and health courses,and reduce the number of classes taught at the same time,to strengthen the construction of Physical Education Teachers;to perfect the teaching management system and strengthen the routine management of teaching;to raise the attention of school leaders to the curriculum of Physical Education and health;to improve the harmony of interpersonal relationship in the classroom,creating a good teaching atmosphere of physical education and health course. |
