With the rapid development of social modernization,psychological imbalance has become a common and increasingly prominent problem faced by college students.However,at present,the professional resources of psychological service in Colleges and universities are limited,which is difficult to meet the actual needs.At the same time,college students’ psychological crisis has the characteristics of concealment.If it is not identified and intervened in time,the problem may continue to escalate and lead to severe consequences.The development of information technology and popularization of mobile terminals provide new horizon for psychological intervention services in Colleges and universities.The state also clearly puts forward the requirements for colleges and universities to optimize the psychological service platform.Therefore,from the perspective of College Students’ emotional experience,in this project,it is the main goal to help colleges and universities to expand the coverage of psychological services among students,improve the early warning level of students’ psychological crisis,and set up a convenient and smooth channel for students to relieve their emotion and seek psychological help in time.Firstly,the psychological intervention service platforms in Colleges and universities were studied.Through relevant theoretical research,desktop surveys and questionnaire surveys,it is analyzed in this paper including the psychological crisis of college students and the existing forms and problems of psychological intervention services in Colleges and universities;Through the theoretical research of emotional experience and the case analysis of online psychological service platform,combined with interview and investigation,the author extracted the influencing factors and formation stages of College Students’ emotional experience,and puts forward the value of its intervention in the construction of college psychological intervention service platform;s the emotional experience design principles and strategy contents of college psychological intervention service platform were analyzed and summarized,and carried out the conceptual design practice of college psychological intervention service platform under its guidance.Through comprehensive theoretical research,practical research and design practice,it is concluded that the four construction principles of emotional experience of college psychological intervention service platform are convenience,security,care and interaction.The construction strategy of emotional experience of college psychological intervention service platform includes three stages: 1)the intuitive evaluation stage of initially attracting attention,which conforms to the aesthetic feeling,matches the mood feeling,and forms a contrast with the traditional "didactic" schema in the hearts of students;2)Establish the behavior perception stage of emotional connection,realize the operation interaction of functional ease of use,incorporate interest setting and experience,and improve users’ sense of participation and control;3)Deepen the influence feedback stage of emotional connection,visualize the potential psychological benefits,establish a growth system and stabilize the use motivation.The psychological intervention service platform in Colleges and universities has three dimensions,including: establishing a convenient integrated functional experience of "access platform-self-help-mutual assistance-help";Cure the emotional interactive interface experience,so that students can break the exclusion psychology,establish trust and produce connection in the digital psychological service experience;Pay attention to the stakeholders of the psychological service platform and obtain an efficient and systematic service experience of resource integration.The psychological intervention service platform in Colleges and universities has three dimensions: 1)establish a convenient and integrated functional experience,take the general mental health test of freshmen as the opportunity point of the platform,create a private and safe environment of "anonymous on the client side and real name on the server side",and establish the integrated functional content of "self-help,mutual assistance and help seeking";2)Create an emotional interactive interface experience for healing,incorporate the cured animal IP image,reduce concerns through the formulation of a third person image,build a dynamic and balanced scene interactive experience,and set up interesting props to reward students to perceive benefits;3)Realize the efficient and systematic service of resource integration,collect data,establish a safe student psychological database,pay attention to the stakeholders of the psychological service platform,include social professional psychological service institutions and student psychological associations,and combine with the practical training of psychological specialty in Colleges and universities to make up for the gap of professional resources in Colleges and universities.Enable students to break the exclusion psychology,build trust and produce connection in the digital psychological service experience provided by colleges and universities.Provide effective and convenient psychological services for college students,integrate resources for colleges and universities to improve the service system,improve the level of psychological crisis prevention and early warning,and help achieve the goal of "psychological education".
