| The relief work of vagrants and beggars has changed from forced repatriation to voluntary assistance,and then to encouraging social forces to participate in the relief of vagrants and beggars.The single and administrative relief mode can no longer meet the development needs of the real social relief,and the relief system with relief stations as the main body still has drawbacks.Social work as an important part to enhance people’s well-being,involved in relief for vagrants and beggars work very has the feasibility and necessity,but the current social work with embedded mechanism involved in social assistance service is still affected by the limitations of the existing social assistance service system,outreach mechanism involved in relief for vagrants and beggars experience is of great significance,Therefore,taking the street outreach assistance practice project for vagrants and beggars of M social work agency in Beijing as an example,the research is carried out from the perspective of social network theory with the method of outreach social work.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction part,which is the first chapter.It introduces that this study mainly adopts participatory observation method,unstructured interview method and case study method,and summarizes relevant studies on social work intervention in the rescue of vagrants and beggars.The second part is the main part,including the second chapter,which is the field investigation to understand the living status and needs of vagrants and beggars,the summary of the relief status of vagrants and beggars,and the establishment of service objectives and content on this basis;Chapter three carries out specific professional practice work under the service framework of effective circular operation and three-party linkage mechanism,and carries out in-depth analysis and discussion on typical cases;The fourth chapter evaluates the service effect and summarizes the path experience,summarizes the difficulties and problems in the service process,and explores solutions.The third part is the conclusion.Corresponding to chapter 5,it summarizes the research conclusions,puts forward suggestions and new thinking directions,and provides reference significance for professional social work institutions to intervene in the rescue work of vagrants and beggars in the future. |
