Research On Influencing Factors And Optimization Strategies Of "Football Characteristic Kindergarten" In Kunming

With the advent of the era of campus football 2.0,according to the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the revitalization of China’s football cause "grab from baby,from the grassroots,from the foundation",accelerate the construction of campus football "eight major system",the popularity of football focus clearly,lay a foundation for the sustainable development of campus football.Actively promote the construction of football characteristic kindergartens.The construction of football characteristic kindergartens and the popularization of football activities in kindergartens have become the key to the sustainable development of campus football activities in China.The construction of kindergartens with football characteristics is the basis and focus of campus football activities,which is of great significance to the promotion of football,the popularization of football and the development of campus football.As one of the first cities to carry out the construction of national football characteristic kindergartens,Kunming plays a leading role in the construction and development of football characteristic kindergartens in Yunnan Province.Therefore,through the investigation and Research on the development and construction of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming,The main purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction and development of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming and even Yunnan Province.Firstly,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire,expert interview and field visit to visit and investigate the development status of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming.Then,through the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an in-depth study on various factors affecting the development of football characteristic kindergartens,puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,and draws the following main research conclusions:First,the main problems in the development of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming:（1）at present,the construction of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming is in its infancy,and there are deficiencies in all aspects of children’s football activities;（2）Among the investigated football characteristic kindergartens,only 40% of the kindergartens have achieved full popularization,and60% of the kindergartens only ensure the participation of large classes and middle classes in football activities;（3）In terms of teacher allocation,due to the differences in football experience between kindergarten teachers and external coaches,the number of teachers is insufficient,mainly external football coaches;（4）In terms of venues,there are non-standard football venues,the number of standard football venues is seriously insufficient,and kindergartens with a large number of people can not meet the needs of children’s football activities;（5）There is no unified outline for the development of children’s football activities,and the independent development of football resources needs to be improved;（6）The management system and guarantee system of football characteristic kindergartens are not perfect,and there are deficiencies in Teachers’ treatment and reward mechanism.Third,the development optimization strategies of Kunming football characteristic Kindergartens:（1）promote the community development of Kunming football characteristic kindergartens;（2）Build a review and evaluation index system of football characteristic kindergartens;（3）Scientific planning management system and establish supervision mechanism;（4）Increase financial input and strengthen site construction;（5）Strengthen the strength of teachers,strengthen "going out and bringing in",and train the football skills of non football special teachers;（6）Innovate and enrich the teaching content to prevent the phenomenon of "primary school";（7）Strengthen publicity and build a kindergarten characteristic football culture;（8）Strengthen safety management and reduce potential safety hazards in carrying out children’s football activitiesFourth,suggestions to promote the development of football characteristic kindergartens in Kunming:（1）improve the selection mechanism,establish and improve the selection and evaluation system of football characteristic kindergartens;（2）In view of the weakness of teachers,we should strengthen the construction of children’s football teachers.According to the actual situation,the school should carry out appropriate football skill training for the main class teachers of the kindergarten,so that they can teach both pre-school education and football knowledge;（3）Optimize the site construction and make full use of the limited land to build a standard football field;（4）Organize experts and PE teachers to strengthen the development of kindergarten based curriculum,realize the integration of curriculum resources and development,and gradually improve the teaching organization form of "football characteristic kindergarten" in Kunming;（5）Enrich and innovate the development methods of children’s football activities,and improve the scientificity of education and teaching;（6）Strengthen the publicity of children’s football activities,improve the social influence of kindergartens with football characteristics,and give full play to the value of home co education;（7）Strengthen the construction of children’s football culture,create a strong characteristic kindergarten environment atmosphere,and stimulate children’s interest in learning.
