Research On The Development Of Soccer In Primary And Middle Schools In Kunming City Under The Background Of Deepening The Reform Of Chinese Football

This paper studies football activities in Kunming middle and primary schools,social power and relevant policies about football activities with document literature method, questionnaire method, field research method, interviewing method, and mathematical statistics method. It analyzes the faced situation of football activities in Kunming middle and primary schools, design condition of school football activity,social power participating condition, and implementation condition, finds reasons which restrict school football game in Kunming, comes up with development strategy combining with the background of “comprehensively deepen Chinese football reformation” and guidance of Scheme, and hopes to provide reference and basis for reform and development of Kunming middle and primary schools. The research results are as follows:Major factors which restrict development of football game in Kunming middle and primary schools include: insufficient security assurance; lagging construction of teachers’ team; lack of authorized gym teachers or matched school entering policy about football game; insufficient expenditure; imperfect field devices; lack of supervision or evaluation mechanism; imperfect competition system; short of publicity degree; and deficient top-level design.Strategies for development of football activities in Kunming middle and primary schools: clarify guiding ideology, and locate school football game earnestly;optimize top-level design, take the long view, and construct football development system in Kunming middle and primary schools; set up organizational leading institution with the leader of Education Bureau and multiple linked departments, and establish three-level organizational network; make rational distribution, broadly popularize, and quicken specialist football school construction; gradually boost construction of football teaching course; perfect school entering method, and open talent access channel; intensify construction of school football field(facility);accelerate construction of school football teachers’ team; complete school football competition system; reinforce school football social atmosphere; add expenditure investment and perfect security assurance.
