Study On The Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of Social Forces Participating In The Development Of Campus Football In Xi'an Primary And Secondary Schools

With the progress of The Times and the development of the society,different enterprises are following the pace of The Times.As a way of repaying the society,social power has become an indispensable part of the development of sports.Social forces have formed an effective supplement to campus football by virtue of their advantages of flexibility,skill richness and social mobilization.In recent years,the campus football in Xi 'an has developed rapidly.In addition to the policy encouragement of government departments,the social forces are inseparable from the help to encourage the social forces to participate in the development of campus football,mobilize various social high-quality resources through multiple channels,and constantly communicate with the school football in primary and secondary schools to form a joint force for development.This study takes the factor level countermeasures that influence social forces to participate in the development of school football in Xi 'an as the research object,and studies the development of school football in Xi 'an.The research results are as follows:(1)Xi 'an has become the first pilot city of the national campus football project in primary and secondary schools,and an important layout point of the national campus football,which is of great significance to the development of campus football work.With the development of campus football,the scale becomes larger.The pressure on the government will also increase,and an organization that can assist the government is needed to help the government share the pressure.The participation of social forces greatly reduces the pressure on government departments.Through the investigation and analysis of the selected schools,social forces have participated in the development of part of campus football.(2)According to the current investigation,the paths for social forces in Xi 'an to participate in the development of campus football mainly include: the Football Association,as a semi-official social organization,cooperates with the government and sets up a working group to provide services for the development of campus football.Schools sign contracts with social organizations,and social organizations provide various resources,sponsorship or cooperation to participate in the development of campus football.Individuals,clubs and other organizations participate in daily training and competitions and provide coaches and referees.The football association coordinates with each other and provides a standardized training platform.When hosting football matches,with the addition of social forces,the campus football league will have more influence and vitality,and the league will be more standardized.(3)Problems of social forces in the process of participation: social forces have a weak awareness of active participation,and have not formed a deep atmosphere of participation.Most of them choose to participate under the promotion of policies.The channels for the participation of social forces are not smooth enough.As a social resource,the influence of social forces on the development of campus football is still not well understood,leading to the rejection of the intervention of social forces in many schools.The participation of social forces is not standardized enough,and the mobility of coaches is relatively large.Social forces have different investment in the funds of characteristic football schools,and the investment in the construction of training facilities is relatively low.Although the training and competition have the participation of social forces,they cannot meet the needs of the development of campus football.(4)In order to promote social forces to better participate in the development of campus football,the following suggestions are provided:One is to develop new social forces to participate in the initiative,targeted to introduce campus football development related social resources,the second is the government to make relevant policy,ensure participation channels unblocked,participate in various channels,relevant government departments may formulate relevant policies,optimize the management system,to increase the participation of social force.Third,the introduction of the third party supervision platform,at the same time the football association to improve the corresponding training assessment system.Fourthly,through various subsidies and preferential policies,the government attracts various social resources to participate in the construction of football fields.At the same time,schools should actively cooperate with social forces to supplement the problem of insufficient funds for campus football.Fifth,integrate social organizations,participate in campus football events in a planned and organized way,enrich the campus football tournament system,provide more match platforms,and improve the level of campus football.
