Research And Application Of Psychological Crisis Early Warning System For College Students Based On Stacking Fusion Model

In recent years,malignant incidents caused by psychological problems have frequently occurred in colleges and universities,which have had a very serious impact on students,their families and schools.The key to dealing with this problem is to identify the students with psychological crisis in time.At present,college psychologists usually use psychological questionnaires to screen students for psychological crisis for the first time,and use psychological files to screen for the second time.When analyzing psychological files,psychological workers need to spend a lot of time judging whether there is a psychological crisis in students,so it is difficult to carry out this work in time and effective in actual work.This study proposes a Stacking fusion model based on random forest,logistic regression and Adaboost,and designs and implements a psychological crisis early warning system based on this model.The system can judge whether a student has a psychological crisis based on the student’s psychological profile.The research content of this article includes:（1）This study introduces the traditional psychological crisis early warning method and the psychological crisis early warning method based on data mining,and summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the current psychological crisis early warning method.（2）According to the theory of family and life events in psychology,the psychological files of college students are established to obtain the feature of psychological data..After using decision tree,random forest,Adaboost,and logistic regression to model and compare the psychological data of college students,choose random forest,Adaboost,and logistic regression for Stacking model fusion.Multiple modeling studies have shown that the Stacking fusion model based on random forest,Adaboost,and logistic regression has a higher F1 score on psychological data,and the model effect is better.（3）Design and develop a psychological crisis early warning system for college students based on the Stacking fusion model to realize the identification of college students’ psychological crisis.
