| This study in a quick expansion training theory and sensory integration training theory as the theoretical basis, and related resources of hurdle training and agile training method, and the combination of a set of training program,at the same time the ordinary college students as subjects, trying to explore the combination of the two training on college football and study the influence of class students sensitive quality,This paper probes into whether the agility quality can be improved significantly by combination training of low hurdle agility circle. In addition, the research results are deeply analyzed to analyze the different elements of agility quality and the factors affected by training, which can provide reference for the relevant physical training methods of football projects. This study mainly selects and determines the training content and test indexes of the experimental design of the thesis through literature method, questionnaire method and expert interview method. This paper uses teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to verify the influence of combination training of agility circle and low hurdle on the agility quality of students in public sports class and analyzes the experimental results.With60 football and body class students as experimental object, based on their height and weight, age, training of basic information and test results before put them into the experimental group and the control group, after 10 weeks of training in accordance with the designed sensitive after quality test methods for measuring and using logical analysis to analyze the results, the following results:In boys, after the experiment compared with before the experimental group "T" running,Illinois test, repeated straddle step, cross quadrant jump,no ball running around the bar, dribble around the bar test results have significant differences; The boys in the control group had significant differences in "T" running,Illinois test and repeated stride after the experiment compared with before the experiment. The experimental group of girls had significant differences in "T" running,Illinois test, repeated stride across, cross quadrant jump and running around the bar without a ball.In the control group, there were significant differences in "T" running,Illinois test and cross quadrant jump: boys in the experimental group and the control group repeatedly stepped and crossed after the experiment. |
