In recent years,aerobics has been widely used in the curriculum of major universities,and there have been various aerobics events to promote the development of aerobics.Aerobics belongs to the skill-led class of sports projects that show difficult beauty items,of which the skill-led class performance of difficult beauty items belongs to the scoring class of sports projects,more emphasis is placed on the completion quality of the action,and its skill characteristics are mainly manifested as the strength and weakness of control ability.For aerobics sports,students are required to achieve the effect of reaching the far end when completing the technical movements of aerobics,and aerobics is a sport that needs to be carried out with musical accompaniment.Therefore,the control of the distal limb of aerobics is mainly the acceleration and braking of the distal limb under the accompaniment of the music.This study mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other methods for research.In the first 8 weeks of the first half of the 2021-2022 academic year,the pre-experimental teaching will be carried out,and the experimental test actions and experimental teaching content selected in the initial selection will be tested and taught;the experimental test actions,experimental test indicators,and experimental teaching content will be determined through multiple interviews with experts,and the formal experimental teaching will be carried out in the second 8 weeks of the first half of the 2021-2022 academic year.30 students(girls)of the aerobics optional class(class of 2021)of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were used as experimental objects,and they were divided into experimental groups and control groups,and 15 students(girls)in each group were subjected to 8 weeks of teaching experiments.Among them,the experimental group added distal limb control training to the teaching,and the control group trained the basic skills of aerobics at the same time.Before the experiment,the basic physical fitness of the experimental subjects is tested;after the experiment,the technical movements of the aerobics completed by the experimental subjects are scored;the technical movement tests before and after the experiment are carried out by using the three-dimensional motion capture instrument to test the technical movements of the experimental subjects,and whether the distal limb control ability has an impact on the performance of the aerobics movements,and it is expected to provide a more scientific and comprehensive reference value for the teaching content of aerobics.Through the comparison and analysis of the teaching experiments of the two groups,the conclusions are as follows:1.From the results of the analysis of the technical movement of excellent aerobics athletes,the control of action speed,orientation,strength and amplitude is mainly manifested as follows:(1)control of action speed: when completing each technical action,it is necessary to achieve the consistency of action and rhythm;(2)control of action orientation: when completing each technical action,the limb can accurately reach a predetermined position;(3)the control of action strength: when completing each technical action,a clearly visible acceleration and braking can be achieved;(4)Range of motion control: If the operation is a straight arm action,it is completed along the farthest route,and if the operation has a flexion arm action,it is completed along the shortest route.2.From the results of the technical motor kinematic analysis of the experimental group and the control group,after teaching the control of the distal limbs of the experimental group students,the motor performance ability of the experimental group students was better than the motor performance ability of the control group.3.Judging from the comparison results of the technical movements of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,after teaching the control of the distal limbs of the experimental group,the improvement of the quality of the students’ completion of aerobics can play a positive role.
