Shenquan-Shengnan region is located in the western Taibei depression ancient arc belt,it belongs to braided river delta-lacustrine depositional system.This sedimentary facies is advantageous to oil and gas exploration.Previous exploration results indicate that these four formations--Esh,K1tg,J2q and J2s--have great exploration potential,for the four formations contain oil and gas.However,there are still many challenges in the research area,how to recognise and implement faults and their distribution have become a key factor in looking for favorable exploration areas,because fault distribution control reservoir distribution in this region,and the degree of implementation of fault systems have directly affects on looking for favorable exploration areas.This thesis is based on 3D seismic data of Shenquan-Shengnan region.It has done mang jobs,such as we have done meticulous seismic structural interpretation,implemented the distribution of large-scale fracture in priority,founded out the basic structural feature of researched region.To the questions of which difficult to identify the minor faults,has proposed a fine depicting method of minor faults which suitable for the researched region,summarized the waveform characters of minor faults on seismic section;By using the forward theoretical model,discussed the different characteristic parameters' impacts on the identification of minor faults,such as track pitch,noise,wavelet frequency and sand relationship among sand bodies;Using structure-oriented filters to enhance SNR,then calculated the variance and coherent body,and extracted three statistical seismic attribute(Principal Components,Average Signal To Noise Ratio and Covariance Coefficient to Next CDP),by using these techniques to guiding and identifing the reliability of interpretation plan,and by using flattening technique obtained fracture active stages.Finally,it determined effective reservoir-controlling fault,improved the accuracy of structural determination,there are new 5 structural traps has been founded,and the faults that control traps border are proved to be reliable.A comprehensive analysis of the traps was done through studying the sedimentary characteristics,the reservoir physical property,the characteristics of tectonic evolution,the evolutionary characteristics of the structural traps in the study area and the seismic attribute prediction techniques(sweetness,instantaneous frequency of power weighted and attenuation of spectrum decompose)in the study area and in conjunction with an analysis of the reservoiring conditions,such as source rocks,reservoirs and seals,which is conducive to further exploration in research area.
