In actual natural resource decision-making application scenarios such as asset confirmation and registration and project site selection,faced with massive amounts of natural resource documents and data information,the natural resource decision-making system client still has the inconvenience to move,and the real-time performance is not strong.Long time for decision-making and other issues.Therefore,this article attempts to study the key technology of natural resource mobile decision support system integration supported by UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,and discusses and analyzes its application.This set of methods has certain scientific significance and application value for the development and promotion of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology and for improving the efficiency of natural resource analysis and decision-making.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Using the literature research method,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature and actual project research,the data source analysis of the natural resource mobile decision support system is carried out from the data needed for natural resource decision analysis and its source,and how the data supports decision-making.And using an experimental method,taking a certain area of Kunming as an example,through Context Capture software and a small amount of manual intervention,a set of data production methods based on consumer-grade drones to quickly collect and output 3D models are demonstrated,combined with other data,which is natural Resource decision analysis provides multiple sources of data.(2)In-depth research on the key technologies and steps for the development of the natural resource decision analysis platform.Based on the analysis of the natural resource business requirements,the overall system architecture design was carried out,and the xml extensible markup language was used to layout the interface of each functional module Made a detailed design.Using Android Studio development tools,Kotlin language coding,and Arc GIS Runtime SDK for Android development kits,explore a number of key technologies,including data slicing,data import and 3D service technologies,to realize the key functions of the platform.(3)Thinking and exploration of the application and practice of the whole set of integrated system,the natural resource mobile decision support system.Using scenario simulation analysis method,at the level of qualitative analysis,with the help of spatial management of natural resources "a picture",natural resource asset confirmation,and resolution of resource data conflicts and other application scenarios,the mobile decision support system is analyzed in the above natural resources.The ability to solve problems in decision-making scenarios.Analysis shows that the system can better solve the above-mentioned problems of real-time decision-making and improve the efficiency of decision-making analysis in the process of practical application.
