Research On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Technology Innovation And Ecological Efficiency In Henan Province

With the rapid development and expansion of China's economy,China has gradually become a major industrial country in the world,and its total GDP is at the forefront of the world.The vigorous development of industry has brought about social and economic development,but also brought problems such as waste of resources and environmental damage,which are not conducive to the sustainable development of society.Ecological efficiency refers to the logical relationship between the economic benefits realized in social activities and the environmental benefits brought by it.Improving ecological efficiency and achieving sustainable economic development are the inevitable requirements of social development.As a large emerging industrial province,Henan Province must not only maintain rapid and sustained economic growth,but also vigorously develop ecological civilization.Based on this,this article evaluates the current status of Henan's industrial economic development through ecological efficiency,and examines and analyzes the relationship between Henan's industrial technological innovation and ecological efficiency from the perspective of industrial technological innovation.This article first briefly introduces the research background and significance of eco-efficiency,and reviews and summarizes the research results on the relationship between technological innovation and eco-efficiency at home and abroad.The basic connotation is that while the company maximizes economic benefits,it must minimize resource consumption and environmental pollution.Second,it introduces the current industrial development and ecological environment in Henan Province,and uses the super-efficiency SE-DEA model to calculate and evaluate.In 2006-2015,the urban ecological efficiency of 17 regions in Henan Province;Finally,a model for coupling and coordination between ecological efficiency and industrial technology innovation was established to quantitatively analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between overall industrial technology innovation and ecological efficiency in Henan Province.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The ecological efficiency of Henan Province has progressed slowly during the 10 years from 2006 to 2015,but the overall level is relatively low,and the gap between regions is large.(2)The ecological efficiency and industrial technological innovation of 17prefecture-level cities in Henan Province have reached a high level of coupling,but the overall level of coupling coordination is low and there are regional differences.Only Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,and Luoyang are at a lower level of coordination.Development,other prefecture-level cities do not have a coordinated development ranks and are relatively backward.(3)Technological innovation is the road that industrial enterprises in Henan Province and even the whole country must take to achieve sustainable development.It is the main driving force for the construction of ecological civilization in today's society and an important policy for improving ecological efficiency.
