Research On The Coupling And Harmonious Development Of Finance,Economy,Ecology And Technology In China

With the continuous improvement of China's Comprehensive National Power,at present,the pure economic growth model is no longer suitable for China's current development situation,it is necessary to realize the transition from high-speed economic growth to high-quality development,as an important part of high-quality economic development,finance,ecology and technology are indispensable.First of all,finance and economy are closely linked,in order to ensure the steady development of the economy,the improvement of financial level is indispensable.Secondly,the construction of ecological civilization is the Millennium Plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,the development of the country must be based on a good ecological environment.In addition,science and technology is the primary productive force and the core pillar of national development.Only by promoting the continuous improvement of science and technology innovation level can the country prosper.Based on this background,this paper discusses the reality of the coupling and harmonious development of the four systems of finance,economy,ecology and technology,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the future development of our country under the new normal of economy.This article is mainly divided into four parts.In the first part,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the research ideas and methods of this paper are determined on the basis of predecessors,and guided by the complex system theory and the coupling coordination degree theory,this paper expounds the coupling mechanism of the coordinated development of the four systems of finance,economy,ecology and technology,which lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis of this paper.The second part describes and analyzes the current situation of finance,economy,ecology and technology in different areas of our country.In the third part,by establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of finance-economy-ecology-technology and combining the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2018,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the coordinated development of the four systems in China by using the coupled coordination degree model,the spatial correlation of Coupling Coordination Degree of 30 provinces is discussed by using Moran Index.In the fourth part,based on the results of the empirical study,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future financial-economic-ecological-technological co-progress in China from four aspects of Finance,ecology,technology and regional differences,to a certain extent,it can be used for reference for the future high-quality transformation of China's economy.The results show that:First,the Comprehensive Development Index of the four subsystems of finance,economy,ecology and technology has been improved over time,in which the ecological index has been growing slowly,and the financial index has been fluctuating up,the economic and technological index has the largest proportion of increase and the growth curve has nearly the same trend,and the spatial distribution of economic and technological subsystem is similar to that of coupling coordination.Second,China's coupling degree has evolved to a high-level coupling stage,but the coupling coordination degree as a whole is only on the verge of maladjustment,the Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships is the lowest,the eastern region is the highest,and the gap with other regions is increasing.Thirdly,the Comprehensive Development Index of Finance,economy,ecology and technology and the coupling degree of them all show strong regional differences.Fourth,the analysis of Moran Index shows that only the eastern provinces in the four regions form high-level cluster regions with coupling coordination degree,and the other regions have gaps compared with the eastern regions.Based on this,the paper finally from the optimization of financial,ecological,technological systems and regional differences in consideration of the four policy recommendations.
