| At present,China's economy is in the key period of quality improvement and efficiency,and enterprises are in transition and upgrading.Large scale and gradually entering the mature period of enterprises,often because of its complex organizational structure,redundant control processes,resulting in a weakening of financial management.The financial sharing service center,which is based on network information technology,rebuilds regular financial processes from a new perspective of financial operation process,and centralizes simple,repetitive financial basic work that can be standardized in batch processing.The establishment of a new semi-independent financial sharing platform to deal with the corresponding work effectively solved a series of financial management problems caused by the rapid expansion of the company's size.The author has worked in the finance department of SH Group for more than 7 years and is familiar with the organization structure,business process,financial process and management process of SH Group.It is easy to collect first-hand research data.Based on the model of SH Group,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional financial management model of SH Group,and designs the construction scheme of the financial sharing service center of SH Group.The basic framework of financial sharing service center is constructed from four aspects: strategy,organization,business process and personnel information.Design core business modules such as expense reimbursement,tax administration,sales,procurement and payroll management.Through other companies to learn from the experience of implementing financial sharing services,targeted safeguards.The research results can not only help the SH Group achieve financial transformation,effectively support the development of enterprises,but also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry and the same scale in the construction and operation of financial sharing service centers. |
