A large amount of dust appears in the mining,blasting,mining and transportation of the mining process.Among them,the personnel performing rock drilling will be exposed to the dust for a long time,which will affect the health of the operators,and the dust will also pollute the underground air.,Affect the operating environment,but also accelerate the wear of rock drilling machinery parts,reducing the accuracy of the operating machinery.This paper takes the roadway-type stope of the Huize Lead-Zinc Mine as the research background,and adopts three similar methods,numerical simulation technology,and on-site test to analyze the change of dust particle movement during rock mining in the stope and choose reasonable ventilation and dust removal parameters.According to the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,a free-fall settlement equation for dust particles in a roadway-type stope is established,and the settlement speed and migration distance of the dust particles in a roadway-type stope are analyzed.According to the basic principles of partial similarity theory,through dimensionless analysis,the number of similarity criteria that meets the test is selected,and Establish a similar experimental model of stope.The model ratio is 1:10.Use the smoke emitter to test the wind flow characteristics of the stope model,and analyze the influence of different working conditions on the dust concentration and dispersion.A three-dimensional model was established based on actual site conditions,and the ANSYS Fluent discrete phase model was used to analyze the dust particles in the wind current movement of the stope.Double equations were used to calculate the air flow distribution.The wind speed at the intersection of the veins gradually weakened,and the distribution of dust concentration and dispersion was closer to the results of similar experiments.During the field test,the wind flow attenuation equation from the working face to the junction of the mining roadway and the section along the vein is obtained.Comparing and analyzing similar experiments and numerical simulations with field data,it is found that the data of the three methods are relatively close.The dust particle size sedimentation range is the same,and all of them are in a normal distribution,which is consistent with the Rosen-Ramler distribution.When the optimal working point wind speed is 0.75 m / s,the dust concentration is the lowest and the dust reduction effect is the best.It meets the requirements of the roadway-type stope's dust exhausting wind speed,which has certain practical significance for improving the roadway-type stope ventilation and dustproof technology.
