Interlayer orthogonal angle interlocking fabric is a kind of 3D woven fabric.The fabric structure of carbon fiber reinforced composite material prepared with this fabric structure has the advantages of light weight,good toughness,and good resistance to interlayer damage.It is suitable for preparing carbon fiber composite prosthetic foot.This research project is based on the design requirements of prosthetic foot performance.The carbon fiber is used as the reinforcement to design the woven carbon fiber interlayer orthogonal angle interlocking structure reinforced preform.The vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM)process is used to prepare composite materials.Three-point bending and interlaminar shear strength tests are performed on composite materials.Comparison of four composite material boards(polypropylene-wrapped carbon fibers in the warp and weft directions,polypropylenewrapped carbon fibers in the warp and weft directions,carbon fibers in the weft and weft directions,carbon fibers in the warp and weft directions,and graphene oxide surface-treated carbon fibers modified with a silane coupling agent)performance difference.Comprehensive analysis of mechanical properties.The cross section of the carbon fiber after being wrapped with polypropylene is round,which improves the orientation and bunching of the fiber,which is beneficial to the infiltration of the resin.The flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composite board have been greatly improved.Graphene oxide modified by a silane coupling agent can be attached to the surface of carbon fibers to increase the surface area of the fibers and improve the interface strength between the resin and the fibers.Using the simulation module in Solid Works to simulate the finite element simulation of three-point bending of composite plates,the error between the theoretical maximum bending load and the actual bending load of the plate is less than 10%,which proves the accuracy of the finite element simulation.The overall prosthetic foot is loaded according to a load of 1500 N,and the calculated maximum bending strength is less than the bending failure load of the board,that is,the overall prosthetic foot meets the standard for normal use.
