The traditional woven cotton fabric pretreatment is carried out with strong alkalis and H2O2 at a high temperature,usually including desizing,scouring,bleaching and other processes.The process has the disadvantages of time consuming,energy consumption and serious pollution,and also causes a certain degree of damage to the fabric.So,the use of a highly efficient,energy saving,environmentally friendly process to deal with cotton fabric,is the inevitable trend of development in the future.At present,under certain conditions,the properties of cotton fabric treated with alkali oxygen one bath process has the advantages of high efficiency,low power consumption advantages,However,the size is still not clean,low wool effect,hard handle and poor surface gloss.In this paper,we use the enzyme,scouring and bleaching short process pretreatment for cotton fabric.In order to guarantee the treatment effect of cotton fabric,the influencing factors of enzyme activity were discussed in detail,and the rate constant(k)and half life(t1/2)of enzyme inactivation were obtained by enzyme inactivation to characterize the thermal stability of the enzyme.By measuring the desizing rate,the strength and other factors of the cotton fabric,the effects of enzyme dosage,treatment time,and the amount of the lotion on the quality of the pulp were evaluated.The effects of stabilizers and accelerators on the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide were discussed in detail.one step of scouring and bleaching short pretreatment process is completed in the interaction of alkali oxygen and various additives,the fabric whiteness,capillary effect and strength are regarded as the evaluation index,optimization of sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide,stabilizer,scouring agent and other parameters is to get the best enzyme desizing,scouring and bleaching pretreatment method.By means of scanning electron microscope,X ray diffraction and fabric dyeing,the difference of the performance of the conventional pretreatment and the enzymatic scouring,scouring and bleaching process of one step short process were evaluated.By measuring the activity of enzyme,the optimum treatment of p H was obtained at6-7,the optimum temperature was around 50-60,and the osmotic agent JFC could increase the enzyme activity by about 5%.The thermal inactivation of the enzyme was obtained from the kinetic analysis of the enzyme activity,which was the first order kinetic equation.At 30 degrees,the Su Hong enzyme's thermal inactivation half-life(t1/2)is 210 min,the rateconstant(k)is-0.00407,the WT840 enzyme t1/2 is 80 min,the rate constant(k)is-0.01085.At 90 C,the thermal inactivation half-life of Su Hong t1/2 is 5min,the rate constant k is-0.0689,the WT840 enzyme t1/2 is 15 min,the rate constant k is-0.05391.Therefore,the Su Hong enzyme is more effective at low temperature,but the enzyme WT840 can be used to desize at high temperature.The optimum process conditions of cotton fabric at room temperature are the best:Two dip two rolling(Su Hong enzyme 4g/L,2g/L JFC,p H6-7,with liquid rate of80%)?(room temperature,6h)?hot water wash(2g/L XD-1,sodium carbonate 2g/L,80?×10min,2 times)?cold water wash.The optimum technological conditions of cotton fabric with high temperature steaming and steaming: Two dip two rolling(WT840 3g/L,2g/L JFC,p H6-7,with liquid rate of 80%)?steam steam(98 ?,10-15min)?hot water wash(2g/L XD-1,sodium carbonate 2g/L,80?×10min,2 times)?cold water wash.Through the decomposition experiment of hydrogen peroxide,it can be known that the stabilizer DM and sodium silicate have better stable effect on hydrogen peroxide at high temperature,the chelating effect of metal ions was obvious,at the same time,the synergistic effect of stabilizer DM and sodium silicate is more obvious on the whiteness of the fabric.Accelerator XTA at low temperature effect on the fabric effect is obvious,but with the increase of temperature,the role is more and more weak,fabric strength also has a greater damage.According to the wool effect,whiteness,strength and other indexes,the optimum process parameters for the boiling and bleaching process were optimized: Two dip two rolling(hydrogen peroxide 9g/L,stabilizer(DM+ sodium silicate 1:1)5g/L,scouring agent4g/L XQC,sodium hydroxide 5g/L,with liquid rate of 100%)?steam(98?,50min)?hot water wash(80?×10min,3 times)?cold water washing?drying.Compared with the conventional pretreatment,the fabric properties of enzyme desizing,scouring and bleaching short pretreatment process such as whiteness,capillary effect,strength are better,but the desizing rate of the fabric is slightly lower.The dyeing K/S value and rubbing fastness of cotton fabric treated with short process were slightly better than those conventional pretreatment treatment.Short pretreatment process has the advantages of less alkali consumption,saving energy and water saving,and good treatment effect.
