The task of this thesis is to discuss the new injection and premoulding combined loop of injection machine. By changing the velocity and direction of the motor which motivated by the invertor, we could control the velocity and the pressure of this hydraulic system. Base on this, we designed a high-performance DSP controllor to realize the hydraulic system's high speed and precision operation.This thesis consists of six sections:1, Introduce the history of the injection machine. Comparing several different driving systems of injection machine and their characteristic. Introduce TI's high-performance floating-point DSP TMS320C32 and the use of it on this system.2, Introduce the hydraulic system of the new injecting and premoulding combined loop of Injection machine and its components. Analyse its work theory at different work condition. Introduce the hydraulic system's characteristic.3, Introduce the hardware structure of the DSP controllor and the function theory of its modules. Introduce the way this controller achieve high precision performance.4, Introduce TMS320C32's program circumstance. Discuss the software structure including program of the server part (PC) and slave part (DSP controllor). Present the subprogram flow chart. Introduce the communication theory and the protocol.5, Introduce the controlling characteristic of the combined loop of Injection machine and explain the diffrent controlling strategy at diffrent work condition. Analyse the experimentation data and make conclusion. Discuss some critical problem at the injection and keep pressure process.6, Summarize the whole research work. Also, the main achievements of this thesis are mentioned and the conceit of the further developing work is pointed out.This project is cooperated by Zhejiang University and Ningbo Haitian Co.. The result of the research work can provide a new injecting and premoulding combined loop of injection machine. And also, the DSP controller is modularized and easy to be transplanted to other part of injection machine. It will improve the nation's technic of injection machine and shorton the distance to international advanced technic.
