Mining and loading all-in-one machine is widely used in large-scale mining and loading,tunneling,coal mine roadway,underground engineering and other operations.At this stage,the manual on-site operation of the integrated mining and loading machine requires high operating skills,and the working site environment is poor,with potential safety hazards such as dust,noise,high temperature and even collapse,affecting the life,health and safety of operators.Therefore,a remote monitoring system with industrial computer and programmable logic controller as the control core is designed to replace manual on-site operation,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the walking and operation of the mining and loading machine,the working condition of machinery and equipment and the working environment,and avoid safety risks.In order to complete the design and research of the remote monitoring system of the mining and loading all-in-one machine,taking the mining and loading all-in-one machine as the research object,analyze the development status of the mining and loading all-in-one machine at home and abroad,and determine to take the ZWY-180/78L mining and loading all-in-one machine as the theme,combined with Internet of things technology,distributed multi-sensor information fusion technology,fieldbus communication technology PLC control technology,mechanical electro-hydraulic integration technology,etc.on this basis,carry out the overall scheme design of remote monitoring system,hardware system selection research,communication function design research,PLC control program and monitoring end design,remote monitoring system test,and mainly complete the following contents:(1)For the overall scheme design of the remote monitoring system,according to the overall structure,working process and transmission system of ZWY-180/78L mining and loading machine,combined with the monitoring task analysis,the design of the electro-hydraulic control hydraulic circuit that can realize electrical control is completed,and then the overall scheme of the remote monitoring system is designed.(2)For hardware system selection,complete the hardware selection task according to the overall design scheme of remote monitoring,including the selection of relevant hardware such as industrial computer,PLC,sensor,industrial camera,remote controller and remote control equipment.(3)For the design of the overall communication function,according to the hardware function parameters in the overall design and hardware selection of the remote monitoring system,the overall communication structure is designed.The communication protocols used include TCP/IP,CANopen and MODBUS.The communication function and data format are studied,and the distribution of control instructions and the collection and upload of monitoring information are realized.(4)For the design of PLC control program and monitoring end,on the one hand,the electrical system design is completed according to the control requirements,and then the PLC control algorithm is written in ST language according to the data format of control instructions.On the other hand,the design of monitoring end is completed with JavaScript language according to the monitoring requirements.(5)For the test of remote monitoring system,verify the feasibility of remote monitoring.Through the design of the remote monitoring system of the integrated mining and loading machine,this paper has practical significance to improve the operation intensity and operation environment of the integrated mining and loading machine,improve the operation safety and comfort,and improve the project quality and work efficiency.It has certain reference significance for the further intelligent optimization design of mining and loading machine.Figure[97]table[35]reference[81]...
