Analysis On The Classification Management System Of Urban Domestic Waste In My Country

With the continuous advancement of my country's urbanization process,the amount of urban domestic waste is increasing rapidly,which brings serious environmental pollution to the city,and the increasingly intensified "neighborhood conflict" and the real dilemma of "garbage siege".How to reasonably solve the problem of classification and management of urban domestic waste,improve the environmental quality of residents,and realize the recycling of resources has become a hot topic in the current society.This article intends to analyze the content of the municipal solid waste classification management system itself,but if you want to have a further overall understanding of this system,you must emphasize the relevance characteristics of the system.The author strives to base itself on the larger institutional environment and structural factors.In this paper,it explores the problems outside the institutional factors,and analyzes the problems and discusses the countermeasures with the help of multi-center governance theory and refined management theory,so as to provide reference suggestions for the construction of my country's municipal solid waste classification management system.This article is divided into four parts.Firstly,it discusses the meaning and content of our country's municipal solid waste classification management system,then examines the applicability of the theoretical basis of this thesis,and explains the necessity of the construction of the municipal solid waste classification management system.Secondly,it sorts out the evolution process and status quo of our country's municipal solid waste classification management system.Thirdly,it analyzes the main problems existing in our country's municipal solid waste classification management system.On the one hand,starting from the content of the system itself,analyze the problems of the lack of supervision system of waste classification and the incomplete reward and punishment guarantee system;on the other hand,analyze the management system of municipal solid waste classification from the perspectives of the government,residents,NGOs,and enterprises.Problems in the running process.Finally,in accordance with the value concept of multiple co-governance,circular economy,green production and life,and system coordination,it puts forward suggestions for improving the classification and management system of urban domestic waste in my country,and strives to improve the classification system of urban domestic waste in my country,reform the operating system and mechanism of the system.Optimize the social environmental perspective of the system to further promote the construction of the classification and management system of urban domestic waste in my country.
