Research On The Legislation Of Classified Managementnt Of Municipal Solid Waste

With the proposal of the implementation plan of the household garbage classification system,the legislation of the management of the classification of municipal household garbage has been carried out,and the research on the legislation of the management of the classification of municipal household garbage has become a hot issue in the field of law.However,due to the late start of the research on the legislation of the classified management of municipal solid waste in China,the legislative system at the national level is not yet perfect,which leads to the large differences in the regulations on the same issue in the legislation of different regions and the weak operability,which leads to the slow progress of the classified management of municipal solid waste.Therefore,this paper has theoretical and practical significance to study the legislative perfection of the classification of municipal solid waste.This paper adopts normative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.First,the concept,characteristics,contents,methods and legislative necessity of the classified management of municipal solid waste are explained.Secondly,the status quo of legislation and regulations on the classified management of municipal solid waste in China is sorted out,and the existing problems are pointed out on this basis.Thirdly,this paper investigates the legislation of classified management of municipal solid waste in foreign countries,and puts forward its enlightenment to China's legislation.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward in terms of establishing the national unified classification name of MSW,improving the regulations on the subject of MSW classification management,refiningthe obligations of the subject of MSW classification,improving the reward and punishment system of MSW classification and the social supervision system.
