According to the characteristics of sludge and referring to the current national sludge treatment and disposal regulations,policies and standards,it is known that the quality of municipal sludge in Kunming meets the requirements of land use standard,and contains organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other nutrient elements,indicating that the sludge has the feasibility of land use.At the same time,there are a large number of barren phosphorus mine waste land which need to be repaired around Dianchi Basin in Kunming.This paper takes the background value of phosphorus mine and soil environmental quality as the target of soil pollution risk control standard of agricultural land,and calculates the heavy metal pollution load.The results show that the heavy metal capacity of the waste land of 1000 mu P mine can meet the Ecological Restoration Zone of Municipal Sludge Phosphorus Mine in Kunming every year Heavy metal load from here.In addition,the synergetic aerobic fermentation of municipal sludge and yellow phosphorus slag can achieve rapid stabilization,and the performance indicators of fermentation products can meet the relevant standards,which is an improved matrix for phosphorus mine remediation.Among them,the PAH and Mineral-Oil of product were between 2 ~ 3 mg/kg,benzo-a-pyrene was not detected,the Mortality of Ascaris Eggs were 100%,and the Fecal Coliforms Values were less than three/g,As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,zinc,Cu and other heavy metal pollutant indexes could meet the limit of the Agricultural Sludge Pollution Control Standard Grade A;The Germination-Indexs of product were above 100%,with low toxicity and high degree of rotten.The saturation moisture retentions of the products were more than 100%,with excellent water-retaining property.After three years of field experiment in phosphate mine,the plant growth and soil environmental quality were significantly improved after applying sludge,which accelerated the ecological recovery of phosphorus mine soil,and the migration and transformation of heavy metal pollutants in the site were limited. Therefore,the ecological restoration of phosphorus mine produced by sludge fermentation has good environmental safety.
