In view of the numerical control programming work of die and mould enterprises has not formed a set of standard system,numerical control process knowledge can not be accumulated and inherited,numerical control programming of die and mould enterprises depends heavily on experienced engineers,numerical control programming repetitive labor,programming quality is not stable and so on.According to the above problem,this paper based on the standardization of the Power MILL NCprogramming technology are studied,design a set of enterprise management based on the needs of the canonical CNC programming process,through the use of process database to summarize process of knowledge management,knowledge reuse and design rules,through the use of reasonable inference mechanism to integrate both Realize the standardized operation of numerical control programming.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the status quo of the enterprise,the author puts forward the idea of standardized numerical control programming,introduces the idea of KBE technology,and analyzes the advantages and realizability of its application in numerical control programming in detail.(2)based on the theory of KBE technology,and studied the characteristics of nc machining process,the process instance,process template expression and acquisition methods,and completed the process template,process instance and create a manufacturing resource library,aiming at the processing technology of process knowledge base management and use of knowledge demand analysis of the data management and storage characteristics of process database,The concept and logic of the processing knowledge base are designed.(3)Based on the process knowledge base,the standardized numerical control programming scheme is researched and designed.The case-based process route planning focuses on the case retrieval algorithm and the process reuse process,while the rule-based process route planning focuses on the establishment of machining rules and the process route planning process based on machining rules.A hybrid reasoning decision of process route based on examples and machining rules was proposed,and the general business flow of standardized numerical control programming was established.(4)The standardized CNC programming system based on Powermill is developed,and the architecture of the standardized CNC programming and the operation and development environment of the system are described.For knowledge acquisition and knowledge process knowledge base management module,case retrieval and modification module,process planning and reasoning module,tool path batch calculation and checking module file modification,process and output,and other important function modules do the interface of the system display and the use of simple steps that mould is also given as an example,shows the system of the whole operation process,The function of the system is verified,and the operation effect of the example is analyzed.It is proved that the system is beneficial to shorten the time of NC programming,improve the efficiency of process design,and improve the processing efficiency.
