In this paper,the basic research object is the needle ring single jet,which is expanded in one-dimensional and two-dimensional direction to form a large-scale plasma jet array.The basic characteristics of three types of plasma jet are investigated and their different effects on modifying the electrical conductivity of carborn nanotubes epoxy resin composites are demonstrated.Firstly,the discharge phenomenon,the discharge voltage and current waveform and the optical emission spectra of the active species are recorded.It is shown that the position of the ring-shaped ground electrode and the high-voltage needle electrode has different influence on the discharge characteristics of the single plasma jet.Therefore,an appropriate distance between the ring and needle electrode is selected as the parameter of the plasma jet.Secondly,the influences of the applied voltage on the discharge characteristics and the optical emission spectra of the active species with the three devices are discussed,and the spatial resolution characteristics of the optical emission spectra of the three devices under certain experimental parameters are studied.The software Specair is used to obtain the rotational and vibrational temperatures,and the influences of applied voltage on the spatial-resolved rotational and vibrational temperatures of the plasma jet is also discussed.Thirdly,the influence of the external gas flow rate on the discharge characteristics of the one-dimensional and two-dimensional plasma jet array is studied.The change of the gas flow rate has a certain effect on the average power dissipation of the plasma jet array,the intensity of the active particle emission spectrum,and the rotational and vibrational temperature of the plasma jet.Studies have shown that large or small gas flow rate is not conducive to the formation of a relatively uniform downstream plume.Finally,the conductive properties of carbon nanotubes epoxy resin composites modified by single-jet plasma are studied.And the effects of three experimental parameters,including applied voltage,treatment time and treatment distance,on the conductive properties of the composites are studied.The experimental results show that the modification effect of single-jet plasma is the best.
