With the air pollution becoming more and more serious,the development of air filtration materials with excellent performance has gradually become the research focus of researchers.Glass fiber felt is a kind of porous inorganic material with excellent properties,such as adiabatic sound absorption,light weight,temperature resistance,etc.It can be widely used in the filtration field of aerospace,transportation,construction,industry,etc.However,the existing domestic glass fiber felt filtration efficiency is low,the hardness is large,the strength is low,and the American JM company's products have a big gap.This paper firstly explores the floating characteristics of moving fog drops by using high-speed photography,and secondly explores the influence of different binders on the structure and performance of fiberglass felt to find the key parameters for the preparation of fiberglass felt with excellent comprehensive performance.Based on this through the injection process preparation of super fine glass fiber and flame spray adhesive curing system preparation efficiency low filter resistance of high strength glass fiber cotton blanket,can effectively make up for the existing glass fiber filter material defects,such as low efficiency and poor low strength,softness,improve the comprehensive performance,broaden the scope of its application,especially in the field of PM2.5 filtration market value and realistic significance.The main research contents are as follows:Study on drift characteristics of spray droplets in sprinkler heads.In the process of glass fiber forming,the problem of non-uniform and drift often occurs,which has a serious impact on the subsequent performance of cotton felt.In this project,by simulating the glue spraying experiment and using the high-speed photography device to represent the moving fog drops,the influence of nozzle type,central airflow wind speed and nozzle installation height on the drift of fog drops was investigated,and the optimal technological parameters for anti-drift were obtained: using VVP6580 sprinkler head,the central airflow wind speed was 19m/s,and the nozzle installation height was 3cm.Effects of different binders on properties of glass fiber cotton felt.Binder is an important part of glass fiber felt,which directly affects its performance.By exploring the influence of phenolic resin,epoxy resin and polyurethane resin on the microstructure,composition,mechanical property,filtration property,permeability and softness of glass fiber cotton felt,this paper comes to the conclusion that the comprehensive performance of glass fiber cotton felt made of polyurethane binder is the best.Then,the influences of the amount of polyurethane binder and coupling agent on the properties of cotton felt were investigated,when the amount of polyurethane binder and coupling agent were 3% and 2%,the permeability of glass fiber cotton felt was 412.4mm/s,the breaking strength was 59 N,and the filtration efficiency was up to99.7%,making it a filtration material with excellent comprehensive performance.Preparation of ultrafine glass fiber cotton felt filter material.On the basis of the above experiments,the glass fiber felt was prepared by flame spraying,and the structure and performance of the prepared felt were compared with that of high-quality cotton felt at home and abroad.The results are as follows: the uniformity,breaking strength and bending stiffness of the experimental cotton felt are 15.09%,27 N and 2.5Mn ·cm,which are all better than other cotton felt,but the permeability is the worst among several kinds of cotton felt.The filtration efficiency of PM2.5 is 82.26%,the filtration resistance is 68.1Pa,and the quality factor is 0.025,which is higher than other cotton felt,with excellent comprehensive filtration performance.
