Paper products have become an integral part of the social production of daily necessities in life, and the demand is growing.Polyester mesh in paper industry is the most important raw material currently, setting machine is heat treatment of polyester mesh at the proper temperature and tension, thereby the heat machine can improve the flatness and tensile strength of fabric surface.Heat setting machine system can be divided into four parts:Temperature control:By controlling the heating equipment makes the temperature inside the bellows rapid rise to the set value, and through the feedback regulation makes the temperature constant inside the bellows.Tensile synchronous control:By controlling the size of tension of drawing roller and the speed of the main drive roller, and the stretch moving around, to make the longitudinal size reach rules of polyester mesh.Tension control:And speed of the motor by controlling the transverse stenter stenter frame inside and outside the mobile to control the horizontal tension of polyester mesh.Limit control:By setting up a lot of limit switch to control the movement of each equipment limit, to prevent the accident.Henan Huaxin Industry Co., Ltd is a large paper mill, It is so inefficient, because of the heat-setting equipment obsolescence, high degree of automation.It wishes us to improve the existing stereotypes on mechanical and electrical automation control, to replace the original control system. The main material is heat-set polyester fiber network core equipment is setting machine. We mainly from two aspects, in the original setting machine on the basis of the upgrading and improvement. Screw drive with a two-way vertical stretch mode, transverse tenter is using a pin tenter frame. Firstly, the theory of heat setting is researched in this paper. And the whole control scheme is put forward. The control units are analyzed and designed based on the control scheme. In this paper, electrical control system of setting machine and the selection of hardware had been completed based on the specific process and technical index. The system adopted the IPC+PLC control model. The upper computer uses the touch screen and slave computer is the programmable controller. The gearshift integral PID algorithm is used in the temperature control system in this subject, by researching the coupling relationship between the tension and the temperature in Fiber molecular and the analysis of mathematical modeling of the tension. Therefore, the result shows that the overshoot is decreased and the stability of the system is increased by using the intelligent self-tuning PID parameter control algorithm in tension control system.Through the domestic and international setting machine control equipment research,considering the system stability and reliability,the hardware design selection of the Siemens S7-200 series PLC,Kun Lun Tong Tai touch Screen, Delta’s temperature controller, Shimade’s three-phase power regulator, etc. These products are in line with national electrical safety equipment specification, anti-interference performance meeting the national standards, the partial products meet the European Union standards. Through the field equipment more than a year of operation shows that the design of system is stable and reliable, high control percision, easyto operate, reduce the labor intensity of the operators, greatly improving the polyester net heat setting of the degree of automation.
