With the development of the construction industry and the continuous improvement of the environmental protection requirements of the country and the people,various construction fields such as city center buildings,relocation buildings,public rental buildings,etc.,there is an urgent need for a modern industrial mode of production of good quality,energy conservation,environmental protection,short construction periods and low manpower.Obviously,the existing traditional construction methods can not meet the development needs of the current construction industry.China's prefabricated building has been rolled out intensively since 2015,prefabricated building has become a promising architectural trend due to its unique advantages of good construction quality,energy saving,environmental protection,time saving and manpower saving.While the prefabricated building is developing rapidly,it is a new technology and a late start.Compared with the traditional building model,the prefabricated building is still not perfect in many fields,so there are great risks in construction.Therefore,the research on prefabricated building is of great practical significance.The demonstration small town construction project of the second phase of Jingwu town in Xiqing District is the representative of the Peasant Resettlement House project in Jingwu town,and its safety problem is especially important.This paper takes this project as an example to discuss the safety management of the prefabricated building project,it is proposed to provide decision-making basis for the safety management of the model residential area,and also provide reference basis for other similar residential area safety management.On the basis of the study of relevant theories and methods at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the construction project of Guangxing Jiayuan,on the basis of extensive investigation and research,using Delphi method experts to identify and analyze the possible risk factors of the project,and on this basis,according to the security factors identified by the experts,a security risk evaluation index system is constructed,in the end,according to the result of risk factor analysis and the result of Risk Assessment,the corresponding measures are put forward for the safety management of the project.
