The transportation of dangerous goods is an important part of the economic activities of industrialized countries.The road transport industry of dangerous goods is different from other traditional industries.In addition to playing an important role in national economic construction,people pay more attention to safety,risk and environmental protection during its operation.Safety management and safe transportation are not only the key points of the management of dangerous goods transportation enterprises,but also the difficulties and pain points of their enterprises.At present,safety risk control and management has become one of the main tasks of daily operation and management of dangerous goods transportation companies.The importance and urgency of safety risk control in dangerous goods transportation are becoming increasingly obvious.This paper takes BY Company as the research object.BY Company is a three-level qualified enterprise of road cargo transportation,which is located in a city of Guangxi in the central part of South China.It has the private roads of dangerous cargo transportation,common cargo transportation,large-scale cargo transportation,special cargo transportation,cargo stowage and transportation services.Transportation enterprises.In this paper,the theory of system engineering and risk management is used to study the risk management of dangerous goods vehicle transportation by land.Firstly,it systematically introduces the connotation,classification and characteristics of dangerous goods,the definition of risk and risk management,the characteristics of road transportation of dangerous goods and the classification of risks,points out the current situation of dan gerous goods transportation in China,and explores the characteristics of accidents in transportation of dangerous goods.Secondly,the company's main customers,vehicle management,personnel management status and emergency management,measures and statu s quo are analyzed in detail.Then,the paper uses brainstorming method and structured interviews to analyze the road transport accidents of dangerous goods in BY Company,and identifies the risk sources of road transport of dangerous goods from four aspects:personnel's behavior,management reasons,environmental impact,vehicle and equipment status.Then,the identified risk factors are classified and derived,and the influencing factors of dangerous goods transportation safety are quantitatively analyzed by using AHP analytic hierarchy process.A three-level system model is established,and the conclusion of group decision analysis is drawn.At present,BY dangerous goods transportation company still has a large risk,so it needs to improve the existing risk management.System Finally,from three aspects:strengthening the construction of enterprise safety management system,strengthening the training and construction of practitioners,testing the running status of vehicles and equipment,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the safety management and risk management of dangerous goods transportation in BY enterpriseThe conclusion of this paper has guiding significance for standardizing the risk management system and process optimization of BY company and improving its risk management level,and has certain reference value for the same kind of dangerous goods road transportation enterprises.
