The mechanical processing plays a particularly important role in the machinery manufacturing industry.The traditional mechanical processing consumes a large amount of resources and energy in the manufacturing process,and produces industrial waste and noise.It will cause serious pollution to the environment during various periods of manufacture,use,treatment and discharge.To this end,this paper carried out the research on the data collection and green evaluation of resource and environment load in the mechanical processing.The relevant process green evaluation and application verification examples can guide the optimization of the process,reduce the resource and energy consumption and pollutant emissions,and realize the greenness of the process.The overall improvement is of great significance.A collection tool for resource environmental load data was developed.A suitable acquisition sensor was selected for the dust,oil mist and noise in the resource environment load.A data acquisition tool was designed,which could integrate the data of multiple sensors,and could communicate with the host computer based on Mod Bus-RTU protocol,using RS485 bus.The data can be transmited to the PC,and can be monitored by using the PC software developed in C# language,realizing the real-time data collection and display,and storing and querying historical data.The collection method and data processing method of resource environment load data were studied.The experimental scheme of data acquisition was developed for closed and open machine tools.The data of equipment level and workshop level were collected.The data collection method was proposed by studying the relationship between dust and oil mist concentration,collection position and sampling time.At the same time,data cleaning operations such as missing value processing,outlier elimination,consistency check,data noise reduction,etc.were performed on the collected data,and finally the feature values of the detected data were extracted to achieve high quality data acquisition.Green evaluation and impact analysis of metal cutting process were carried out.For the metal cutting process,the IPO model of multi-input and multi-output was established,and the appropriate evaluation index was selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of production process greenness.For several types of traditional or green metal cutting processes,we designed process resource and environment data collection experimental schemes,using the research collection tools,acquisition methods,data processing methods to carry out experimental collection of relevant data,through the adjustment of relevant parameters in the established evaluation index system.By comparing and studying the impact of environmental resource load data on the greenness of the process,we carried out the green evaluation of the process,optimized the green property of the metal cutting process,and realized the impact analysis.
