| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of ecological environment have occupied a very important position.The development of green mining and the construction of green mines are the only way to realize green development and the balance between supply and demand of mineral resources,the inevitable requirement for the development and utilization of mineral resources towards high-quality development,and also the need under the current environment of ecological civilization construction.It is realistic and urgent to comprehensively promote the construction of green mines.However,due to the imperfect policies,imperfect supervision system and unsound concept of green mining development,the process of green mine construction is slow,which brings heavy ecological pressure.In this paper,through the investigation to understand the obstacles existing in the process of promoting the construction of green mines in Guang'an City and Sichuan Province,combined with the existing research results,the existing problems are analyzed,and the suggestions on promoting the construction of green mines are put forward from the perspectives of firmly establishing the concept of ecological civilization construction,improving the management system,strengthening policy support and guidance,promoting policy implementation,and increasing scientific and technological innovation Discussion,study the solution path. |
