Spray grating coupling technology has the advantages of simple and economical,practical,widely practical under mine,although this technology has a long year,but as the basis of the technology parameters,such as mesh size,layer number,type of nozzle,etc.,the main is subjective,based on the experience of people's actual use,little research on the structure of system of related literature,In this paper,the model of self-made wet filter and dust removal device is experimented to determine the best configuration,which provides technical reference for field application.In this paper,the wet filter device platform used for the experimental study of fog grid coupling dust removal technology is established firstly.Then,the method of measuring the parameters of the dust removal system is introduced and the air leakage rate and dry resistance of the system are measured.The air leakage rate meets the requirements.Theoretical research of the nozzle atomization mechanism and the mechanism of particle collection classic mechanics principle use surface water in the form of the grille is analyzed,this paper expounds the mechanism of water film formation,spray grating coupling mechanism of dust removal and established the mathematical model of the dust removal efficiency and the resistance,dust removal efficiency and the resistance formula is deduced,it is concluded that the main factors affecting dust removal system.The measurement experiment is mainly carried out on the ordinary cone nozzle and fine atomizing nozzle of 1.5mm,and the spray volume,atomizing Angle,average particle size and dust removal efficiency under different water supply pressure are analyzed.The nozzle type and spray pressure interval are compared and selected.The initial resistance,wet resistance and dust resistance of different structures of the grid were measured and compared.The effects of mesh size,grid layer number and spray volume on dust removal efficiency were obtained through single factor experiments of spray grid coupling dust removal,and the best device was determined.On the basis of the optimal configuration,the dedusting efficiency of coupling dedusting and single dedusting is compared and analyzed.Finally,the fractional efficiency of different inlet wind speeds was measured.The experimental results show that the optimal nozzle type is fine atomizing nozzle,and the optimal water supply pressure range is 0.3-0.6MPa.The optimal configuration of spray grid coupling dust removal is 2mm mesh layer number 16 layer spray volume 0.86L/min;By comparing the coupled dust removal with the single dust removal method,the dust removal efficiency of the coupled spray grid is significantly higher than that of the spray and grid,and the maximum dust removal efficiency can reach 96.9% and is more stable.On the basis of optimal configuration,the classification efficiency of dust with the same particle size decreases first and then increases with the increase of wind speed.When the inlet wind speed is 7.35m/s,it has a higher dust removal efficiency,and for dust with particle size less than 10 um,the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 98%.
