Research On The Optimization Of Safety Production Management System Of Yunnan Energy Investment SPH Hydropower Company

An important topic in the development process of production and operation enterprises is production safety.With the country's great emphasis on production safety and the continuous improvement of requirements and the continuous strengthening of management,how to better strengthen safety management has become the production and operation of enterprises.One of the main tasks in the process is to meet this requirement through effective safety management system work.SPH Hydropower is one of the earliest companies in Yunnan Energy Investment's subordinate companies to implement a safety management system.Over the years,it has accumulated valuable system work experience through continuous exploration and practice,and it is also facing multiple safety management systems in the operation of an enterprise Some existing problems need to be solved through system optimization and promote safety management to be further improved.This paper studies the development trend of the safety management system by consulting data,studies the current situation and existing problems of the safety management system of SPH Hydropower Company,and proposes ideas and models for system optimization.This paper defines the ideas and procedures of system optimization,and puts forward four guarantee measures in terms of organization,human resources,safety assessment and equipment and facilities.By using the system optimization model,it optimizes the system from five aspects: General requirements and policies,system planning,system implementation,system inspection and system evaluation,The company's two safety management systems are integrated into an integrated management system,which continues to maintain the high requirements of the two systems for safety production management and the integrity of the system structure.The overall situation of the company's safety management,safety risk prevention and control,hidden danger investigation and management and safety performance after the system operation are summarized,and the heavy work tasks existing in the parallel of the two systems are solved,The effect of management improvement is not obvious.
