CJN Company Informatization Planning And Implementation

With the development of Internet and information technology,information management has become an indispensable basic configuration for enterprises,which has important auxiliary function to get the efficiency of enterprise-management and the accuracy of decision-making better.In recent years,the development speed of CJN company is very fast,but the informatization planning and construction of the company are obviously lagging behind.The existing informatization level cannot support the further production development of the company.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the current informatization status of the company,do planning well,and improve the informatization management level of the company.This paper takes CJN company as the object of study.On the basis of full investigation of the current informatization status of the company and the combination of the future development direction of the company,this paper conducts a research on the enterprise informatization of CJN company through on-site investigation and personnel interview.In the process of planning,scientific information planning methods,reasonable planning process and effective guiding principles are adopted to analysis the overall structure of enterprise informatization,and supporting measures for enterprise informatization are designed and implemented,formed a complete set of information planing.The research on CJN companys informatization planning is of enlightening significance in helping CJN company to establish enterprise informatization management consciousness,promote enterprise informatization construction and implementation,and improve enterprise informatization management level,It is expected to play a role in improving the level of enterprise information management.Meanwhile,for similar enterprises face a similar problem,it provides reference in the enterprise information management work.
