In the process of construction of digitizing oilfield, some professional field or special disciplines realize informatization at first, is embody of goals of construction, and is necessary stages, not exceed.In the construction process of informatization to Surface Engineering, people realize the data sharing problem gradually. How do make fully usage of various information resources, which comes from oil field planning, developments, construction and production? How do integrate the data resources belonging different branches? How do realize really data resources sharing instead of repetition of similar informatization construction? The answer is the construction of the Information Resources Sharing Platform in Surface Engineering (IRSPSE) in oilfield. As kernel digitizing project of Surface Engineering, the information resources sharing platform give a way of integrate mass data to store for describe the activities of Surface Engineering, and provide a unify data framework for application of information in Surface Engineering. By this view point, the construction of IRSPSE in oilfield is necessary and very urgent.In order to provide the theory and practice guide for construction of IRSPSE, a several studies had done to theory and implement method of IRSPSE in this paper. The main jobs of this paper are: 1) the theoretical study on information resource allocation of Enterprise. 2) by the analysis of present and problems in construction of Surface Engineering informatization, and deep inquisition of business actuality and data stream, set up an application model and function requirement of IRSPSE. 3) for the construction of data resources, do the researches in methods of data collection and architecture of database. 4) By analysis of signification and model of information resource, spatial information especially, set up new sharing models of data, provide a technology support for IRSPSE. 5) basing on method and theory of system security, discuss the methods of database management, data maintenance, and the data revision mechanism of IRSPSE. 6) to practice application of data service on the IRSPSE, make examples of the Planning and Design System,Geographic Information System of Corrosion Protection for facilities in Surface Engineering.The main achievements in this dissertation are as follows.1) Basing on theory of allocation and optimization of information resources, by using of the analysis tool, evaluate and optimize allocation of information resource in the Surface Engineering. For the first time, do analysis of present management condition ininformatization construction, set up conception strategy of construction for IRSPSE, and build the technical architecture of IRSPSE, propose the function implement of IRSPSE.2) By guiding allocation and optimization theory of information resource, combine with my management experience of informatization for the Surface Engineering in Daqing oil field for many years, using of interprise informatization planning and management theory, set up the totoal construction strategy of IRSPSE, and strategies of data acquisition, control of data quality, data application in Daqing oilfield IRSPSE.3) Taking examples of the Planning and Design System,Geographic Information System of Corrosion Protection for facilities in Surface Engineering, making benefit analysis of application systems basing on the IRSPSE, provide quantitical standards for the state and quality of being scientific management.
