The growth and expansion of an enterprise can not be separated from a good incentive mechanism.A good incentive mechanism can fully motivate employees' work enthusiasm,improve enterprise performance,and can improve an enterprise's competitiveness,so a good incentive mechanism is very critical for an enterprise to survival and development.This study use three steps to solve the problem of GY company grass-roots staff incentive mechanism,point problems,analyze problems and solve problems,using satisfaction questionnaire,data analysis methods such as the present situation of grass-roots staff incentive of GY company information collection and research,through the analysis found that the current main problems of GY company incentive mechanism are: the performance bonus evaluation index set is not reasonable,grass-roots employee compensation system lack of motivation,poor employee satisfaction for staff rewards and punishment system,lack of “The Company Stars” selection standards,etc.In the light of the problems found suit the remedy to the case,put forward the optimization scheme of assessment index,adjust the performance bonus appraisal weight distribution,increase the grassroots employees post wage adjustment matrix,to develop "the star of the company" selection criteria,etc.,and hope that through the above measures to solve the current problems existing in the grass-roots staff incentive mechanism of GY company,a grass-roots staff's work enthusiasm,to create maximum value for the company,to promote the steady and long-term development of the enterprise.The significance of this study was based on GY company grass-roots staff incentive mechanism of the status of the investigation and analysis,through to the grass-roots staff incentive mechanism optimization problems of system research,on the basis of the relevant incentive theory,put forward the optimization of GY company grass-roots staff incentive mechanism's advice,improve the job satisfaction of the grass-roots employees of GY Company,stimulate their work enthusiasm and enthusiasm,to improve the performance of GY Company.
