In the logistics distribution activities,customers as the main behavioral subject,how to provide them with efficient,timely and satisfactory services is an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of the enterprise,and also the key to the company's competitive advantage.The distributor is the main body of the direct contact with the customer,and plays an important role in improving the customer satisfaction as an intermediate link between the logistics company and the customer.The focus of current logistics distribution vehicle scheduling research is how to reduce the logistics cost of the enterprise and minimize the delivery time.The certain factors of the satisfaction of the distribution staff are considered less.The factor of the satisfaction of the delivery staff is taken into account.In the middle,to establish a distribution optimization model that is more in line with the actual delivery,has theoretical significance and practical application value.This paper expounds the background of the topic and the related value,then summarizes the logistics dispatching vehicle scheduling theory and the research status of employee satisfaction theory and incentive utility theory and the existing research problems.Secondly,it describes the vehicle scheduling problem and proposes basic assumptions.The light of satisfaction function or evaluation index,Combining the incentive utility theory with the function representation of employee satisfaction,constructing the logistics distribution vehicle scheduling model considering the satisfaction of the distribution staff;again,using the ant colony algorithm to solve the logistics distribution vehicle scheduling optimization model;finally,to an oil distribution company in Dalian Part of the historical scheduling data randomly obtains 22 customer point requirements as an example to verify the example,and solve the results of minimizing logistics distribution costs,meeting customer minimum satisfaction requirements,maximizing distribution employee satisfaction,and not considering distribution employees.Satisfactory logistics distribution vehicle scheduling results were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that compared with the scheduling scheme of distribution employee satisfaction,the distribution staff satisfaction and customer satisfaction in the new scheduling scheme have been significantly improved,but the logistics cost has increased by 9.8%compared with the original scheme.That is to say,the satisfaction of the delivery staff is increased at the expense of a part of the distribution cost.However,while improving the satisfaction of the delivery staff,the time for completing the same delivery task is significantly shorter than the delivery time without considering the satisfaction of the delivery staff,and the distribution efficiency is improved.Customer satisfaction is also greatly improved,which helps to reduce the potential risks of social instability.At the same time,the satisfaction of distribution employees is improved,the enthusiasm for work and the sense of ownership will be enhanced,and the turnover rate of employees will be significantly reduced,which is conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.
