Due to the obvious characteristics of argillaceous soft rock roadway such as easy cracking and softening,argillaceous roadway accidents occur frequently.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to study the failure characteristics of argillaceous roadway under dynamic disturbance and the strong coupling support technology.In this paper,the 1200 transport roadway in Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.Through field investigation of roadway deformation and failure,theoretical analysis,laboratory test and numerical simulation,the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway under dynamic disturbance and strong coupling support technology are deeply studied.(1)Through the on-site investigation of 1200 transport roadway in Shanjiaoshu Mine of Panzhou City,the comprehensive analysis of drilling peep,nondestructive testing instrument,bolt tension meter,water absorption experiment,XRD experiment and mercury intrusion experiment is used to obtain the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of argillaceous roadway under dynamic disturbance.(2)The cement ratio was carried out in the laboratory,and the specimens with different proportions of ultra-fine cement under various water-cement ratios were configured.The tensile and compressive strength of the specimens were studied by the microcomputer electro-hydraulic servo pressure test.The mercury injection test and XRD test were carried out on the specimens.The debris generated by the specimens after the uniaxial test was screened and the fractal dimension analysis was carried out to study the optimal cement ratio.(3)By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the plastic zone,the maximum shear stress,the maximum principal stress,the vertical stress,the horizontal stress,the horizontal displacement,the vertical displacement and the monitoring point displacement of the argillaceous soft roadway without support under the dynamic disturbance,the original support state and the grouting depth after the optimized support are 2 meters,4 meters and 6 meters respectively,and the failure characteristics and the optimal grouting depth of the argillaceous soft roadway are obtained.(4)According to the specific situation of 1200 transportation roadway,the control technology of roadway and the roadway support form of double anchor net +hollow grouting anchor cable are proposed.Combined with the determined optimal cement ratio and the optimal grouting depth parameters,the field application of 1200 transportation roadway is carried out.
