Nanofiber hemostatic materials have excellent versatility and designability,so they are favored in biomedicine,especially in wound dressing and hemostasis.Among the many technologies for preparing nanofibers,although solution blow spinning has only been developed for a short over a decade,this technology has been applied to various fields and has attracted the attention of many researchers.The first chapter of this article briefly summarizes the spinning mechanism,device development,spinning materials,outstanding applications in recent years,industrialization prospects and challenges of solution blow spinning technology.In addition,nanomaterials for hemostasis are also briefly reviewed.The main work of this thesis is to study the problem of hemostasis in the liver and heart based on the solution blow spinning technology.In recent years,minimally invasive surgery has been favored by patients due to its advantages such as small trauma,light pain,and quick recovery.In minimally invasive surgery,due to the conductive properties of the human body and the narrow space in the chest and abdomen,the use of in-situ electrospinning technology for hemostasis after the operation has the risk of short circuit and electrical leakage.In addition,the presence of high voltage on the one hand to bring danger to patients,and on the other hand will be prone to electrostatic breakdown,thus damaging electrical equipment such as laparoscopic.Therefore,we chose solution blow spinning technology that does not need electricity for minimally invasive liver hemostasis surgery.Pathological analysis showed that this method did not cause other inflammatory reactions.It is worth mentioning that the spinning device used in this work is portable,and the high-pressure gas source is changed from a traditional air pump to a commercially available compressed gas bottle.The entire device is small in size and easy to carry.This method avoids the use of drainage tubes and provides a cuttingedge form for minimally invasive surgery in the future.The heart is one of the important organs of vertebrates,so the mortality rate of heart trauma is very high.In the third chapter,we propose a new doping method based on the solution blow spinning,which realizes the doping of various functional particulate matter by performing solution blow spinning and spray the powder at the same time.Then,the factors that affect the content of dopants are discussed.The experiment shows that the content of dopants can be controlled by adjusting the feeding rate of solution and the air pressure of the powder blower.Finally,a nanofiber composite material for cardiac hemostasis was prepared by combining biodegradable materials and medical hemostasis drugs with this method,and cardiac hemostasis was successfully achieved by combining in-situ electrospinning technology.
