With the improvement of living standards and the change of ideas,people's requirements for health and safety textiles are increasingly strengthened.Plant dyes from natural products,ecological safety,in line with people advocating nature,green and safe requirements,so in recent years plant dye production,plant dyeing and related products of industrial technology research and development has been highly valued by the industry.However,vegetable dyes are different from synthetic dyes because of their poor color uniformity and unitary color system.Therefore,in order to improve the application range of plant dyeing products,it is necessary to study the technology of plant dyeing spinning color measurement and color matching.Aiming at the problem of color measurement and matching in the industrial production of plant dyeing spinning,this paper studied the color measurement technology based on the characteristics of plant dyeing and scattered fibers,and optimized and improved the existing color matching model,and proposed a special color matching model for plant dyeing spinning.In the field of plant dyeing,color matching simulation was conducted for cotton net,roving,spinning samples and monochromatic fibers.It was found that spinning and roving had the most stable and good results in the STEARNS-NOECHEL color matching model,while spinning was slightly better than roving in the stability of color data.After serial studies,it is determined that the yarn imitation sample is used as the color measurement sample,and the color difference deviation value is generally less than 0.5.In the research of plant dyeing and spinning color matching,through the experimental analysis and comparison of various color matching models,it is found that the STEARNS-NOECHEL model has the best effect in the color matching of plant dyeing and spinning,and has relatively good accuracy and production applicability in the color matching.Therefore,the STEARNS-NOECHEL algorithm is selected as the experimental model of color matching.It was found that the STEARNS-NOECHEL algorithm could not be directly applied to plant dyeing and spinning color matching,and it needs to be optimized and improved.Aiming at the requirements of the STEARNS-NOECHEL color matching model in actual production,the optimization of the STEARNS-NOECHEL color matching model with three components and four components with different color fiber blends was studied,and the correction coefficient was added to the color matching model under the classification requirements of a variety of different monochrome fiber combinations.In this way,the influence of production environment factors on the color matching production of yarns can be reduced.The correction coefficients of different monochromatic fiber combinations were calculated.For example,the correction coefficients of red,yellow,blue and white combinations were 1.08,1.417,1.268 and1.215,respectively.By comparing the fitting color matching ratio before and after adding the correction factor,the results show that the addition of the correction factor has a good correction effect on the same raw material,which proves that the correction factor can indeed improve the accuracy of plant dyeing in the color matching.At present,there are still many problems waiting for us to solve.Plant dyeing and spinning technology is not mature yet,but the demand of The Times for safe and environment-friendly products will inevitably promote its rapid development,and the improvement of computer color matching technology will inevitably promote the production of plant dyeing and spinning.
