Computer color measuring and matching rose in textile industry,and is gradually applied to varieties of industries related to colors.Computer color measuring and matching stimulation starts relatively late,but has become one of the research concerns so far.With the development of society,the demand of coatings color matching grows sharply,there are higher requirements on the precision and efficiency of color matching.This dissertation researches on changeable titanium white color matching system of coating industry starting from improving efficiency and precision of computer color measuring and matching stimulation system,and researches on how to improve the efficiency of coating industry measuring and matching system database construction and color-matching precision,etc.The main research and achievements of this thesis are as follow(includes):In response to too much work and inflexibility of traditional database construction of coating industry,this dissertation starts from analyzing pigments' optical properties: absorption coefficient K and scattering coefficient S,and in response to too much work resulted from adopting relative color parameter(relative K/S value),this dissertation proposed a new database construction algorithm(absolute K/S value),and verified the accuracy of database construction model by combining tristimulus algorithms of computer color matching.The experiment shows that database construction algorithm(absolute K/S value)greatly reduces the amount of work,solved the problem of recipe predictor under changeable titanium white and strengthened adaption capability of Computer color measuring and matching system.In response to the issue of 0% titanium white color matching prevailed among coating industry,this dissertation summarized and proposed a new and improved method based on mixed sample cards' K/S value direct fitting by analyzing the handling and advantages and disadvantages of great software at home and abroad,and experiments are performed,and proved that improved method is better for 0% titanium white color matching and improved the precision color matching of 0% titanium white and low titanium white.In response to the issue that yellow and red mill base in the original system resulted in the low precision of color matching and even inability of color matching,this dissertation starts from researching on concentration and reflectance curve of yellow and red mill base,and for the abnormal" band reflecting mill base property,this dissertation proposed to improving the database construction method by adding black mill base and K/S value fitting method in whole concentration.Experiments are performed,and the results proved the feasibility of this method which achieved better precision of color matching and solved the problem of yellow and red mill base color matching.
