With the development of science and technology,the need for high precision and high performance machinery and equipment is becoming more and more urgent in the field of aerospace and medical services.As the core transmission component of mechanical equipment,the machining accuracy of precision ball screw pair directly affects the service performance of mechanical equipment.As the core element to realize the positioning function and power conversion function of precision ball screw pair,its manufacturing technology has always been the focus of rolling function component enterprises at home and abroad.The traditional thread processing technology includes grinding and cyclone milling.In terms of processing efficiency,cyclone hard milling can complete thread milling through one-time processing;In terms of cutting fluid selection,the cyclone hard milling thread adopts compressed air refrigeration to effectively reduce the pollution of dust and grinding fluid.Therefore,cyclone hard milling technology is a new high-efficiency green lead screw cutting technology.Analyzing the source of pitch error is the key factor to reduce pitch error and compensate pitch error.Through the analysis of the machining principle and working characteristics of hard rotary milling.This subject uses the method of simulation analysis combined with field experiment to summarize the law of lead screw thermal deformation,and finally realize the thermal deformation error compensation and improve the pitch accuracy.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the machining principle,working characteristics and motion calculation of cyclone hard milling,the factors causing pitch error are analyzed,including static error of cyclone milling machine,dynamic error and random error of machining process.(2)To enhance the products' quality,efficiency and decrease the processing cost,Deform-3D software is used to design 3×3 orthogonal test to optimize the milling process parameters and determine the optimal parameter combination.(3)ANSYS software is used to simulate the process of the temperature distribution change of the lead screw caused by milling heat.The temperature change of the axial local point of the workpiece in the machining process is measured by the infrared thermal imager to verify whether the simulation result is correct.(4)By comparing the simulated thermal elongation data with the actual measured thermal elongation data,verify whether the thermal elongation simulation model is correct.Two experimental schemes for measuring thermal elongation data are provided to verify whether the pitch error compensation data is reasonable and provide important data for subsequent pitch error compensation.
