In the context of rapid social and economic development,all walks of life in society pay more and more attention to the management of archives.Therefore,various fields also have higher requirements for the management of archives,especially in the construction engineering industry.The formation process of construction engineering archives is relatively static,while the actual archives management process is relatively dynamic.The management of construction engineering archives is mainly to systematically establish construction engineering archives,which can make the actual archives management process more scientific.With the vigorous development of the construction industry,data information has grown by leaps and bounds.The complete archiving and effective management of all data information is conducive to the subsequent development of the construction engineering industry.This article first discusses the construction,characteristics and functions of construction engineering archives and the process of construction engineering archives management,and then the author goes to construction enterprises and project sites to conduct on-the-spot investigations and find problems in the construction archives management at the emergent stage,from archive consciousness and system,archives Staff,project archives management and construction site project department management problems were analyzed in four aspects,and finally from the perspective of enhancing archives awareness,improving archives management system,improving archives personnel management capabilities and strengthening archives work,it proposed to strengthen construction engineering archives The specific measures of management will further improve the management of construction engineering archives.
