Research On Information Management Of Engineering Project Archives In Sixth Company Of 16th Bureau Of China Railway

The project will generate a lot of engineering materials,including text,charts and image information,which record various information during the construction process,including project data,technical patents and even more important national or corporate secrets.It is very important.At the same time,all kinds of information formed by engineering projects are still important public information resources,which need to be utilized to provide reference and basis for the maintenance and expansion of later engineering projects,which puts forward higher requirements for information management of Engineering archives.This paper takes the informationization construction of archives management in A Company of the 16 th Bureau of China Railway as the specific research object,and tries to put forward feasible suggestions and measures for optimizing the informationization management of Engineering archives.First of all,through a large number of reading and combing related documents,we have an understanding of the relevant situation of information management of engineering archives at home and abroad.Judging from the relevant foreign literatures collected,the archives undertakings in Europe and the United States have a long history and a high level of economic development.They are in the world's leading position in the field of archives management research,and have rich theoretical results.Their archive management informationization research has several characteristics: First,pay attention to service functions in file management;second,focus on optimizing the terminal access interface for informationized files;third,the integration of innovative ideas in file management informationization.There are also many documents on the management of engineering archives in China,and some achievements have been made,especially in the construction of archives systems with Chinese characteristics.However,the existing literature can deeply explore the informatization of engineering archives management.Many of them only mention individual problems,and do not propose solutions well,or the proposed countermeasures are relatively broad and lack of pertinence.There are not many research results in the information management.Therefore,this also leaves us room for further discussion on the information management of engineering archives.Then,through data collection and practical investigation,the current actual situation of Project Archives Informationization Management in A Company of 16 th Bureau of China Railway is understood,and the existing problems and causes in the process of project archivesmanagement informationization are analyzed from many aspects.Mainly includes the standard and specification of electronic documents,archives management system,archives security and the utilization of archives resources,etc.In order to solve these problems,the causes are analyzed in depth,which also provides a basis for the following proposals of archives management system architecture and targeted measures.The archives management system in this paper is based on expanding the utilization of archives information resources in internal engineering projects,aiming at the construction of archives information resources,and taking the construction of local area network and Internet archives network as the platform to develop the application system of archives management.Perfect the standards and norms of archives information management,train compound talents with archives management knowledge and information technology in the process of construction,so as to establish the software and hardware environment,and gradually realize the computer software management of documents.
