| Urban construction archives is formed in urban planning, construction, management process. It contains texts, graphics, audios, videos and other technical information and data. They are also recording the whole process of urban construction from microscopic and macroscopic view. Urban construction archives is also a source of background information on the construction of the city’s future. So they are extremely important. Urban construction archives contains a series of knowledge and information, from project approval, construction to the final completion summary. Therefore, how to develop useful knowledge from urban construction archives, how to make the information lively, how to share knowledge resources are the current significant issues. Because of the construction projects with the one-off characteristics, this requires project managers solve practical problems of the projects conjunction with the specific situation in the early planning and construction process, so engineering data and engineering experience in project construction process for the new project has a very important reference value. Therefore, it is necessary to research knowledge construction projects included in the urban construction archives, classify and organize it, understand the urban construction archives consumer demand, and build a knowledge base for the participating parties of project to manage new projects. Finally, we aim to make urban construction archives to play a greater role, while promote development of construction industry.This study based on the research results of foreign and domestic study on urban construction archives and knowledge management, firstly, we do further analysis consolidation and reclassification from the whole building industry and the demand of each user’s view, respectively, from the project construction process view and the project management process view, in order to meet the demand of users in new era. Then we analyze demand for urban construction archives from every participating party, respectively, from the developers’ side, the construction side, supervisor side, designer side, material supplier’s side and other parties’ perspective. We obtained demand analysis of knowledge base system. Next, we apply case-based reasoning method into the engineering knowledge management. However, the most critical thing in case-based reasoning method is case retrieval. In fact, we always judge project similar degree according to expert experience, this leads to a lot of serious subjectivity. So we introduce set pair analysis theory into the similarity of the project study, aim at solving the above problems. Through the process of establishing evaluation index, setting up evaluation collection, determining the index weight and calculating the degree of contact, we eventually find the most similar case. Also we use an example to verify the practicability and validity of this method.Finally we develop a knowledge base based on sorting of urban construction archives, demand analysis and basic research on case-based reasoning method, and clear structural and functional design of the knowledge base. There are four layers in the structure, respectively, storage layer, technology layer, application layer and user layer; four management functions, respectively, file management function, case management function, knowledge management functions and system management function. Eventually we achieve the goal of scientific management and sharing urban construction archives. We also use a case to illustrate the application of this case knowledge base. |
