Research On The Impact Of Xi'an-Chengdu High-speed Rail On The Accessibility And Tourism Economy Of Xi'an

On December 6,2017,with the official opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway,the time between Xi'an and Chengdu was shortened from 11 hours to 4 hours,and the time between Xi'an and Chongqing was shortened to 5 hours,which opened the weekend travel mode between Xi'an,Chengdu and Chongqing.At the same time,the connection between Chongqing economic circle,Chengdu Economic Circle and Guanzhong urban agglomeration was more closely connected,and the three cities in the West were closely connected.The tourism development of the corner economic circle has also had a significant impact.Through the research and analysis of Chinese and foreign literature on the accessibility and tourism economy of high-speed rail along the way,the author finds that there are many theoretical and empirical researches on high-speed rail at present,but the researches on xi'an-chengdu high-speed rail are mainly focused on engineering construction and other aspects,there is almost no research on the impact of xi'an-chengdu high-speed rail on the cities along the way,and the feasibility of xi'an-chengdu high-speed rail on the cities along the way The improvement of accessibility and the driving role of tourism economy are rarely involved,which makes it impossible to evaluate the actual effect of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway construction.Therefore,the study of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway from the perspective of empirical study can accurately evaluate the necessity of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway construction,and provide direction for further development of urban tourism in China,which has a very important reference for improving the level of urban tourism economic development in China.Based on the accessibility theory,growth pole theory,core edge theory,traffic economic belt and other related basic theories,this paper selects Xi'an as the research object,and analyzes the accessibility changes of Hanzhong City,Guangyuan City,Deyang City,Mianyang City and Chengdu City along the way from Xi'an to Xicheng high-speed railway after its opening,as well as the impact on the tourism economy of Xi'an?In this paper,the weighted average travel time model,economic potential model and gravity model are used to study the accessibility changes from Xi'an to Hanzhong,Guangyuan,Deyang,Mianyang and Chengdu after the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway.Then,by building a linear regression analysis equation and using GM(1,1)grey prediction model,the paper analyzes the changes of the main indicators of Xi'an's tourism economy before and after the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway,and finally obtains the impact of the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway on Xi'an's tourism economy.The results show that:1.The opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway has significantly shortened the space-time distance from Xi'an to Hanzhong,Guangyuan,Mianyang,Deyang and Chengdu cities:(1)after the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway,the shortest travel time from Xi'an to Hanzhong,Guangyuan,Mianyang,Deyang and Chengdu has been greatly shortened,593 minutes,428 minutes,565 minutes,706 minutes and 522 minutes respectively,with a reduction rate of 89.44%and 7%,respectively.9.85%,76.04%,78.18%,73.52%.Among them,the shortest travel time from Xi'an to Hanzhong is shortened the most,while the shortest travel time from Xi'an to Chengdu is shortened the least,but all of them are over 73%;(2)before and after the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway,the accessibility level of Xi'an is 721.20 minutes and 172.79 minutes respectively.After opening,the weighted average travel time decreased by 548.41 minutes,and the accessibility increased by 76.04%.2.The opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway promotes the tourism development of Xi'an very obvious:(1)after the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway,the total tourism revenue of Xi'an has increased greatly.Among them,in the three half year period from 2018 to 2019,the actual total revenue of the tourism industry increased by 51.67%,74.99%and 70.66%respectively compared with the predicted value.The total increase of tourism revenue reached 159765 million yuan;(2)the opening of xi'an-chengdu high-speed railway has also had a great impact on the reception of tourists at home and abroad in Xi'an.Among them,in the three half year period from 2018 to 2019,the reception volume of domestic and foreign tourists increased by 15.65%,25.18%and 22.87%respectively compared with the predicted value.The total increase in domestic and foreign tourist reception reached 68.0939 million.
