Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the foundation of the country,the instrument of the country,the foundation of the country.However,China's manufacturing industry is still in the middle and lower reaches of the world's manufacturing industry chain.Most of the products produced are "three low" products with low technical content,low unit price and low added value.At present,the prominent problems in the development of China's manufacturing industry are still manifested in the extensive development mode of China's manufacturing industry,the increasingly frothy development of some industries,and the serious problem of overcapacity in some industries.With the continuous increase of labor,resource and environmental costs,the competitive advantage of traditional manufacturing industry in China is seriously weakened,and the development space of the old manufacturing industry which only relies on the expansion scale is getting smaller and smaller.Therefore,the traditional mode of manufacturing development needs to be transformed and upgraded.The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry relies on the transformation and upgrading of micro enterprises,which is the premise of the next round of healthy economic development in China.As a typical traditional manufacturing industry,the automobile industry has a long industrial chain,a high degree of correlation,a wide range of employment and a large consumption drive,which has played an important role in the national economy and social development.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in the world,the market of new energy vehicles in China is becoming more and more active.The numerous capital inflows make the development of new energy vehicles in China more and more lively,and the scale of investment in the industry is rapidly expanding.In this context,it is of great significance to study the investment performance of byd,an auto manufacturing enterprise in the process of transformation and upgrading.This paper adopts the method of literature research to first sort out the research status of transformation and upgrading and enterprise investment and performance at home and abroad,and then USES the theoretical achievements of previous studies to sort out relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Later,in this paper,the current development of China's automobile industry and automobile industry development are faced with the problem made a detailed analysis,on the basis of such research,with case analysis,to comb the byd enterprise development and operation,investmentconditions and structure of the enterprise has carried on the concrete analysis,after using multiple financial indicators and non-financial indicators,respectively from the enterprise profitability,investment efficiency,scale and market share of byd business investment performance of four different aspects of many aspects,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation,finally come to the conclusion and enlightenment.Through the research on the investment and performance of Byd under the background of the transformation and upgrading of automobile manufacturing industry,the following conclusions are drawn: Byd has the phenomenon of excessive investment;Byd should continue to increase investment in the new energy car industry;New energy is a development direction of automobile industry.The enlightenment of the research is that the development of enterprises should take innovation and research and development as the core,improve the innovation ability of enterprises,make scientific and reasonable investment,avoid blind expansion,avoid blind transformation and upgrading,and reduce the dependence on government subsidies.Through the development of the new energy vehicle industry,the enterprise transformation and upgrading,new energy vehicle investment to promote the growth of the overall business of the enterprise,enterprise development.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the development and progress of automobile enterprises and even automobile manufacturing industry.
