Since the 21 st century,Chinese auto industry has also entered a market and production rapid expansion period,and comprehensive integration into global auto industry,making China become the largest auto market in the world.In recent years,the domestic automobile industry market has been in a downturn,the growth ratio slows down continuously as well as the growth ratio of corporate operating income.At the same time,with the rapid development of the inland economy,a part of the labor force is diverted,along with economic development and people's education are improved.Personal demands for salary and working environment are also increasing.Based on labor cost increasing and labor shortage are becoming an urgent issue for enterprises needs to be solved.Company A as a car safety products supplier considers improving production efficiency to reduce labor resource dependence and labor costs by increasing production automation.The purpose of this paper research is to provide the feasibility study reference for other lines through this production line automation upgrading project.This paper research introduces the relevant basic theories of project feasibility study,and uses AHP to evaluate all technical solutions for this automation upgrading project,uses relevant financial analysis methods such as payback period,net present value,internal rate of return and single product labor cost and equipment depreciation to evaluate this project,also analyze the social,environmental and risks impacts of the project,and gives reasonable conclusions and feasible suggestions for the project.
