Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the product market,innovation is the key for products to win the market,and product conceptual design is the most important stage to realize product innovation,and it is also the stage to give full play to the maximum space for innovative design.Its essence is to transform abstract customer needs into concrete and orderly design schemes.Therefore,starting from the customer demand in product conceptual design,The acquisition,analysis,transformation and mapping of customer demand information,As well as the modeling optimization and scheme optimization of product conceptual design,a product conceptual design method model based on customer demand analysis and axiomatic design is constructed,which has important theoretical and practical functions for improving product innovation quality and enhancing product market competitiveness.The main research work is as follows:(1)In order to obtain and analyze customer demand information effectively and objectively,The KJ method is used to classify and sort out the original demand information obtained from questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview.The entropy weight method is used to objectively determine the primary importance of customer demand,and the fuzzy Kano model is used to determine the customer satisfaction with the demand information,thus correcting the primary importance of customer demand and obtaining a complete and objective comprehensive weight of customer demand.(2)Using axiomatic design,The customer requirements are transformed into design requirements,and then the functional requirements in the design requirements are mapped with the corresponding design parameters to establish the product conceptual design equation.The independence axiom is used to check whether the design equation meets the independence of the functional requirements,and the possible product conceptual design is generated by adjusting the design equation.(3)In order to realize the modeling optimization of product conceptual design,through multi-disciplinary industrial design methods,the shape,color and material of the generated product conceptual design are optimized,and the 3D modeling and rendering of the design scheme are completed by using computer-aided industrialdesign methods,thus obtaining the final product conceptual design scheme.(4)In order to select the best product conceptual design scheme,A TOPSIS multi-attribute group decision-making model is constructed by integrating the comprehensive weight of customer demand,the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Simularity to Ideal Solution)and the multi-attribute group decision-making method.The design scheme and typical product samples are selected.The decision-making expert group objectively evaluates the design scheme quantitatively according to the customer demand attribute,and then selects the optimal design scheme.In summary,This paper is based on the following four steps: customer demand analysis,product conceptual design generation,product conceptual design modeling optimization and scheme optimization.A complete and systematic product conceptual design method model is constructed.Through the product conceptual design of high-end machine tool friction welding machine equipment,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method model are verified,providing scientific and effective method guidance for related product conceptual design.
