With the upsurge of our country’s enthusiasm for cultural heritage protection in recent years,the protection and repair of many ancient architectural relics has achieved considerable results.As one of the indispensable building materials in ancient architecture,coloured glaze components naturally attract the research enthusiasm of scholars in the field.Based on the domestic the most typical ancient building of Beijing the imperial palace the colored glaze to the research object,firstly from the origin and development of the colored glaze,in the house Yan Xi Tang ancient buildings of the Forbidden City yangxin colored glaze facing the main pathological changes and on the basis of the studies of the environment,the ancient buildings by modern scientific analysis means of colored glaze glaze layer and tire body composition,structure,morphology,color and so on,at the same time,using the same material simulated samples and orthogonal simulation experiments under different environmental conditions,find out the conditions of temperature and humidity change caused by the statutory outdoor buildings coloured glaze glaze layer falls off one of the important reasons.This paper starts with the origin and development of coloured glaze,and defines the concept of glazed tile and coloured glaze.This paper summarizes the current research situation of architectural colored glaze,and briefly introduces the yanxi hall of yangxin hall of the imperial palace and the cultural relics of colored glaze.Then in this paper,the Forbidden City yangxin temple samples of coloured glaze relics Yan Xi Tang launched research: sorting out of the palace temple yangxin Yan Xi Tang coloured glaze samples present lesions,combining with the analysis of testing physical properties,microstructure,chemical composition,such as technology,through the simulation experiment in the laboratory to find that the main diseases,the cause of glazed tile samples finally find out the main causes for the application of the surface protection material.Through the above analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn: the deglaze of the colored glaze components of yanxi hall of yangxin hall of the imperial palace is caused mainly by the change of temperature and humidity;It is found that the deeper the color of glazed tile glaze,the more serious the deglaze occurs.Upheaval for temperature and humidity conditions ancient colored glaze glaze damage loss problem,make booths by intervening in the external environment and build interventions such as spray device will work under the premise of the spraying with nanoscale particles on the surface of the lotus leaf similar fluoride silicon materials in construction and excellent hydrophobic organic silicone material,the method of analyzing materials and coloured glaze embryo glaze surface hydrophobic properties,microscopic morphology,and the change of glaze layer and the surface temperature of the tire body and glaze of loss rate,etc.,the results show that: The added protective material reduced the difference between glaze sample and substrate under the influence of temperature and water,and prolonged the time for glaze sample to fall off during the drastic cycle of temperature and humidity.In the process of protecting the colored glaze sample,the color of the sample changed little due to the presence of silicon-containing material SIC-2 with more granular distribution nanowires on the surface.After treatment,the surface of the sample could reach a state consistent with the hydrophobic property of the glaze surface,and the permeability of water vapor was improved.The addition of this material alleviates the difference effect of rapid temperature and humidity change on the glaze and the body to some extent,and can effectively delay the time and change rate of glaze shedding,and extend the service life of coloured glaze components.
