In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in China's automobile industry.Automobile enterprises that traditionally adopt "mass production" are gradually transforming to "mass customization".Automobile enterprises that have implemented "mass customization production" have not only met customers' personalized needs to improved their competitiveness,but also put forward higher requirements for autoparts enterprises in the supply chain.The organization and management mode suitable for "mass production" by autoparts enterprises for a long time has been difficult to adapt to the new way of "mass customization" In order to meet the requirements of "small batch,multiple varieties and high response speed" under the "mass customization" of automobile enterprises,various autoparts enterprises are actively improving production management.As an auto parts company,company D is facing the situation that it cannot adapt to the new requirements of mass customization.This paper selects the production management improvement of company D as the topic.Uses the theory of delay,the theory of productivity cycle and the one-piece flow theory.On this basis,based on the current situation of production management of enterprise D,this paper points out the deficiencies in the industry facing the mass customization environment,and analyzes and summarizes the causes of the deficiencies.Centering on the existing problems this paper optimized the production management of enterprise D from four aspects: production planning,manufacturing efficiency,capacity management and new product development.On the basis of putting forward the idea of improvement and the concrete improvement plan,this paper demonstrates the actual case of the improvement plan,and further expounds the ways and methods of the implementation of the plan.Finally,the guarantee measures and conclusions are given.Through the implementation of the corresponding improvement scheme,the production and management capacity of company D will be effectively improved,so as to adapt to mass customization.
